1. Josh Brown, K, Seahawks. Age: 29.
   Signed with Rams (5 years, $14.2 million)
   
   Josh Brown hits multiple 50-yarders every year. He’s one of the top kickers in the league.
   
   
2. Rob Bironas (RFA), K, Titans. Age: 30.
   Re-signed with Titans (1 year, $1.417 million)
   
   Rob “My” Bironas was 4-of-5 from beyond 50 yards and set an NFL record for eight field goals in a single game. You can’t get much better than that.
   
   
3. Jason Elam, K, Broncos. Age: 38.
   Signed with Falcons (4 years, $9 million)
   
   I have Jason Elam listed as a 4-star kicker because of his age. His days of nailing 50-yard field goals might be over.
   
   
4. Taylor Mehlhaff, K, Saints. Age: 23.
   Good job by the Saints cutting a very promising kicker in favor of a has-been bum (Martin Gramatica). I suspect they’ll regret this decision by October.
   
   
5. Lawrence Tynes, K, Giants. Age: 30.
   Re-signed with Giants (5 years, $7 million).
   
   I was never a big fan of Lawrence Tynes’ until he nailed the decisive field goal in the NFC Championship Game. The Giants have to keep him.
   
   
   
   
6. Kyle Larson, P, Bengals. Age: 28.
   Re-signed with Bengals (5 years)
   
   Kyle Larson didn’t have as good a year as he had in 2006, but he’s still one of the better punters in the NFL.
   
   
7. Dustin Colquitt (RFA), P, Chiefs. Age: 26. – Re-signed with Chiefs (5 years)
8. Jay Feely, K, Chiefs. Age: 32. – Signed with Jets
9. Shaun Suisham (ERFA), K, Redskins. Age: 26. – Tendered by Redskins
