One of the stars of the 2025 Senior Bowl was Miami tight end Elijah Arroyo. Arroyo had an excellent week of practice, showing dynamic receiving ability. Arroyo dominated in the one-on-ones, constantly burning man coverage with excellent route running, speed, and athleticism. Thus, multiple team sources believe that Arroyo has a shot at rising into being a top-25 pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
“I think he’s going top 25,” texted an AFC Director of College Scouting. Arroyo had 35 receptions for 590 yards and seven touchdowns in 2024. In 2022, Arroyo suffered a torn ACL and then suffered a setback that caused him to barely play in 2023. Thus, a healthy season and a dominant Senior Bowl were necessary to mitigate the durability concerns.
In my latest 2025 NFL Mock Draft, I have Arroyo going in the top 20 and multiple team sources believe that he could go that high in April.
