2026 NFL Draft – Stock Report 9/23/25

2026 NFL Draft Stock Up

Dani Dennis-Sutton, DE, Penn State

In 2025, Dennis-Sutton has nine tackles with two sacks, two passes broken up, and two forced fumbles. The 6-foot-5, 272-pound Dennis-Sutton is a big body at the point of attack and is a tough run defender. He has shown some variety in pass-rushing moves, and his rush ability looks like it has the potential to grow. In 2024, he recorded 36 tackles, 6.5 sacks, three passes defended, and a forced fumble.

Anto Sake, DE, Northwestern

The 6-foot-4, 255-pound Sake is strong, athletic, and quick at the point of attack. He had 5.5 sacks in 2023 and 3.5 sacks in 2024. Sake flashed some this season while playing with an injury. Sake has a lot of upside and is a riser to watch this season.

Will Heldt, DE, Clemson

Thus far in 2025, Heldt has 12 tackles with two sacks and has played well for Clemson. Heldt played well for Purdue in 2024, recording 56 tackles with five sacks. He has good size and upside to be a potential riser.

Jadarian Price, RB, Notre Dame

At most schools, Price would be the starter, and he would be in the discussion as one of the best backs in the nation. However, he is backing up the best running back in the nation. On Saturday night, teammate Jeremiyah Love ripped Purdue for 166 yards and two touchdowns on 20 carries. But Price was incredible as well. He ran for 74 yards and three touchdowns on only nine carries. Price also returned a kickoff 100 yards for a touchdown. His Al Bundy four touchdowns in one game were very impressive, and his kick return ability will be very intriguing for pro teams given the new kickoff structure in the NFL. Price has speed, power, shiftiness, and instincts. He could be a tremendous value as a day-two pick.

Teitum Tuioti, OLB, Oregon

Tuioti has played well and has been an active defender for Oregon this season. He has 15 tackles with 1.5 sacks thus far. In 2024, Tuioti had 5.5 sacks with 58 tackles. Tuioti is strong at the point of attack and plays physical with a steady motor.

John Henry Daley, DE, Utah

Daley has been a beast for the Utes this season, showing serious edge rush ability. With impressive strength and leverage, Daley (6-4, 247) is a power rusher who plays with relentless effort. He was all over Texas Tech last Saturday, leading a Utah defense that kept their team in the game that the offense was giving away. Daley has sacks in all four games this year with six sacks, one forced fumble, and 18 tackles. Daley is putting himself on the map for the NFL Draft.

Cole Payton, QB, North Dakota State

Payton has created some buzz with his combination of size, arm, and athleticism. Some evaluators are comparing Payton to Saints tight end/gadget weapon Tayson Hill. In 2025, Payton has completed 71 percent of his passes for 706 yards with six touchdowns and zero interceptions. Payton (6-3, 233) is a prospect to watch with the potential to rise.

2025 NFL Draft Stock Down

Behren Morton, QB, Texas Tech

There has been some buzz for Texas Tech quarterback Behren Morton, but he dealt that blow with an ugly performance at Utah. With Utah getting robbed by the refs, Morton did a good job of keeping the Utes in the game with some poor ball security. In the first quarter, Morton underthrew a deep pass that hit off the back of a cornerback, and a Utes safety caught the deflection for an interception. It was bad luck on a bad throw from Morton. The next Red Raiders possession, Morton held the ball long and didn’t get the ball out before taking a blind-side strip-sack. The possession after that, Morton threw a deep ball up for grabs in the end zone, but the pass was underthrown and fell to the cornerback for an interception in the end zone. Early in the third quarter, Morton took off on a run when he should have thrown a pass away or slid, but instead, he led with his head into a defender and took a vicious hit that knocked him out of the game. Morton finished completing 12-of-19 passes for 142 yards with two interceptions and a fumble. This was a bad tape from Morton showing poor ball security, some horribly underthrown passes, and bad ball placement. This tape will hurt his draft grade.
