      • CB Ashton Stamps, No. 1
      • S A.J. Haulcy, No. 13

The Matchups:

Nussmeier has had a mixed season, and he will be tested by a defense that has some good pro talent. Tigers cornerback Mansoor Delane could be the top corner for the 2026 NFL Draft, and he will be challenged by some talented Aggie receivers led by explosive underclassman Mario Carver (2027 prospect). Similarly, it will be great to see how the LSU receivers fare against Aggies cornerback Will Lee. If Lee can smother the Tigers’ receivers, that would help him to be an early-rounder next April.
