The Matchups:

In recent weeks, Payton has come alive for the Seminoles, and he will see a good offensive line taking on Clemson. The Tigers have a good early-round prospect of their own in Capehart. Capehart should produce well against the Florida State offensive line.

  • DT Shemar Turner, No. 5

The Matchups:

Burden is a potential top-20 pick next April, and he will see some young talent in the Aggies secondary. Scourton and Turner are future NFL contributors. Both of them need to start heating up and producing more to help their draft standing for 2025.

The Prospects:

Auburn
  • WR KeAndre Lambert-Smith, No. 5

The Matchups:

This game features a good draft matchup between Lambert-Smith and some talented young top receivers for the Auburn Tigers, who are taking on an excellent Georgia secondary. Lambert-Smith and other young receivers who are vertical threats will test Starks and Everette. On the other side of the ball, the Georgia receivers will be a tough test for Kite. Beck must have some big games to be a high first-rounder and a team’s future franchise quarterback.

Ole Miss vs. South Carolina; Saturday, Oct. 5, 3:30 PM ET ESPN

The Prospects:

Ole Miss
  • QB Jaxson Dart, No. 2

South Carolina
  • DT T.J. Sanders, No. 90
  • DT DeAndre Jules, No. 99
  • S Nick Emmanwori, No. 7

The Matchups:

Some good defensive linemen in this game need more production to help their draft stock. Emmanwori could be a first-round pick next April, and he will be tested by Lane Kiffin’s dangerous passing attack led by Jaxson Dart, a potential NFL pick next April. After losing to Kentucky, Dart needs to play well against a South Carolina team that dominated Kentucky early this season.
