Robert Tonyan (RFA), TE, Packers. Age: 27.
Tendered by Packers (2nd)

The Packers had lacked a quality tight end since Jared Cook. Robert Tonyan filled that role well, catcing 52 passes for 586 yards and 11 touchdowns in 2020. He’s athletic and has a bright future ahead of him.
Hunter Henry, TE, Chargers. Age: 26.
Signed with Patriots (3 years, $37.5 million)

Hunter Henry is a tremendous talent, but he’s had trouble staying healthy throughout his career thus far. The upside is there, however, as Henry is just 26.
Rob Gronkowski, TE, Buccaneers. Age: 32.
Re-signed with Buccaneers (1 year, $10 million)

Rob Gronkowski is no longer the unstoppable beast he once was, but he’s still an effective receiver and a terrific blocker.
Kyle Rudolph, TE, Vikings. Age: 31.
Signed with Vikings (2 years, $16 million)

Kyle Rudolph is past his prime, but he’s still a solid receiver and great blocker. His numbers were down last year because he blocked so much.
Jonnu Smith, TE, Titans. Age: 26.
Signed with Patriots (4 years, $50 million)

Jonnu Smith has loads of potential, but he hasn’t quite lived up to it. He’s played well – 41 catches, 448 yards, eight touchdowns in 2020 – but his numbers should be better. He’s only 26, so he should continue to improve.
Anthony Firkser (RFA), TE, Titans. Age: 26.
Re-signed with Titans (1 year)

Anthony Firkser played well as Tennessee’s second tight end last year. He even played in the slot when Adam Humphries were sidelined.
Gerald Everett, TE, Rams. Age: 27.
Signed with Seahawks (1 year, $6 million)

Gerald Everett is a highly athletic tight end. His numbers haven’t been great, but he’s one of many targets Jared Goff has had at his disposal.
Trey Burton, TE, Colts. Age: 29.
Trey Burton is difficult to trust after doing nothing in Chicago, but he made some highlight-reel catches in Indianapolis’ crowded tight end group.
Dan Arnold, TE, Cardinals. Age: 26.
Signed with Panthers (2 years, $6 million)

Dan Arnold came out of nowhere to have a quality year for the Cardinals. He caught 31 passes for 438 yards and four touchdowns.
Jared Cook, TE, Saints. Age: 34.
Signed with Chargers (1 year, $6 million)

Jared Cook caught 37 passes for 504 yards and seven touchdowns in 2020. He’s still a quality tight end, but that won’t last much longer, given his age.
