The Matchups:
There is a great 2026 NFL Draft matchup in this game with the fast Sooners edge rusher R. Mason Thomas going against Auburn’s massive left tackle Xavier Chaplin. If Chaplin can shut down Thomas, that would be huge for him and could help to vault him high. If Thomas gets the better of Chaplin, it could drop him significantly. John Mateer could be the top quarterback prospect for the 2026 NFL Draft, and Auburn defensive end Keldric Faulk could also be a high first-rounder.

The Gamecocks’ LaNorris Sellers is one of the top quarterback prospects for the 2026 NFL Draft, and he will be tested by a talented Missouri defensive line. Sellers’ top receiver, Nyck Harbor, has excellent talent and needs to play up to his ability. South Carolina has some good pro talent on their defense to watch as well.
