It could also mean that they’re looking for a contingency plan if Patrick Peterson is off the board at No. 4 (which obviously means that they’d draft Peterson if he’s there).

Maehl is a late-round possession receiver at best. I like him because he’s a high-effort guy, but I’m not sure he can separate from coverage.
