Team needs and outstanding trades have been taken into account with this mock draft.

  1. Boston Celtics: Kelly Olynyk, 7-0, C, Gonzaga, Jr.
The Celtics could use a big man inside, and the "Dazed and Confused" looking big man made huge strides with his game this year. He is a skilled, but not very physical, seven-footer.

  2. Atlanta Hawks: Gorgui Dieng, C, Louisville, 6-11, Jr.
The Hawks will be going through a roster transition this offseason and will likely take the best available player at this option. Gorgui Dieng could add some frontcourt depth alongside Al Horford.

  3. Atlanta Hawks: Giannas Antetokounmpo, SF, Greece, 6-9, 1994
With Josh Smith likely leaving via free agency, the Hawks could use an athletic forward, which Giannis Adetokunbo certainly is. He also has a unique skill set for his size as he could play a point forward-type position and might end up being taken in the late lottery.

Atlanta owns the Rockets' pick (via Brooklyn/Terrence Williams trade) from the Joe Johnson trade. Go here to see all of the outstanding 2013 NBA Draft Trades.

  4. Cleveland Cavaliers: Steven Adams, C, Pittsburgh, 7-0, Fr.
Steven Adams turned some heads at the NBA Draft Combine and has the ideal size for an NBA big. He still needs time to develop before he'll be ready to be a real contributor, but could be worth a roll of the dice for the Cavaliers with their second first-round pick.

Cleveland owns the Lakers' pick (via the Miami/LeBron James trade.) Go here to see all of the outstanding 2013 NBA Draft Trades.

  5. Chicago Bulls: Jeff Withey, C, Kansas, 7-0, Sr.
I think the Bulls either look for a shooting guard or depth inside, and take the best available of those options. Jeff Withey is a great shot blocker and Chicago loves defensive-minded players. He could help replace what the Bulls lost in Omer Asik last offseason.

  6. Utah Jazz: Mason Plumlee, PF, Duke, 7-0, Sr.
Since the Jazz addressed its need for a point guard with its lottery selection, the team turn its attention to frontcourt depth since Al Jefferson and Paul Millsap are both free agents.

Utah owns the Warriors' pick (via the Brooklyn/Marcus Williams trade) from the Deron Williams trade. Go here to see all of the outstanding 2013 NBA Draft Trades.

  7. Brooklyn Nets: Tim Hardaway Jr., SG, Michigan, 6-6, Jr.
The Nets need depth all across the board and will look at the best available player who can provide a punch off the bench. Tim Hardaway Jr. doesn't wow in any particular area of his game, but he is a solid all-around player.

  8. Indiana Pacers: Dennis Schroeder, PG, Germany, 6-2, 1993
Drafting a power forward makes sense since David West is in the final year of his deal, but it will be hard to pass on adding a talented point guard like Dennis Schroeder. He really turned heads at the Nike Hoops Summit. Schroeder could easily be a late lottery pick, so this would be a great grab at No. 23.

  9. New York Knicks: Mouhammadu Jaiteh, PF/C, France, 6-11, 1994
Although Jaiteh is a project big man, he's worth taking at this point.

  10. Los Angeles Clippers: Tony Mitchell, F, North Texas, 6-9, Soph.
The Clippers really need to add some froncourt depth, and though Tony Mitchell doesn't bring a ton of physicality inside, he is a terrific athlete and rebounder.

  11. Minnesota Timberwolves: Lucas Noguiera, C, Brazil, 7-0, 1992
Having gone with a wing in the lottery, the Timberwolves turn their attention to adding some size inside. Lucas Noguiera has been on scouts' radars for quite some time due to his size and athleticism.

Minnesota owns the Grizzlies' first-round pick (via the Rockets/Shane Battier trade) from the Donatas Motiejunas trade. Go here to see all of the outstanding 2013 NBA Draft Trades.

  12. Denver Nuggets: Reggie Bullock, G/F, North Carolina, 6-7, Jr.
With Andre Iguodala holding a player option on his contract and Corey Brewer a free agent, the Nuggets should look to add some insurance on the wing. Reggie Bullock has great size for his position and can stroke it from distance.

  13. San Antonio Spurs: Sergey Karasev, SF, Russia, 6-7, 1993
The Spurs could use depth on the wing or inside. Segey Karasev is a crafty scorer who can light it up from deep and would perfectly onto the Spurs roster.

  14. Oklahoma City Thunder: Jamaal Franklin, SG, San Diego State, 6-5, Jr.
The versatile Aztec would add insurance on the wing if Kevin Martin leaves via free agency.

  15. Phoenix Suns: Ricky Ledo, G/F, Providence, 6-6, Fr.
The Suns add another wing player with plenty of potential. Because he was ineligible, Ricky Ledo didn't play a single game for the Friars this season, but he is athletic and has great size for his position.

Phoenix owns the Heat's pick (via Lakers/Steve Nash trade.) Go here to see all of the outstanding 2013 NBA Draft Trades.

The Rockets own the Suns' second-round pick from the Marcus Morris trade. You ought to update your mock with that information.

A PF? The Lakers do not need to draft a PF. They should be trying to draft either a PG, SG, or SF for the bench.

Walts a retard. Know knowledge of any sports simply follows other mocks and switches players around but same position. I should make a dumb Hellen Keller draft like this and get all your guys support.

CJ McCollum is an underrated scorer and will put up 23 points and 5.5 assist

Kinda reminds me of Stephan Curry but creates more off the dribble and less range

If Marcus smart falls to cleveland then it would give cleveland a second point guard to run the offense allowing kyrie to play more SG and adding youth and immediate change to a team with lots of potential

It shoudnt be weird to ser Zeller get dissed for being a "12.pt, 7 RBD" player..because a lot of people think there are more guys averaging big numbers than there actually are,

48 players average 7 boards. 104 average 12 points.

So if you're saying a guy shouldn't go high because he'd be 12-7, that's debatable. I'm not a Zeller supporter.. Just always think it's hilarious how people throw around "20/10 guy" and stuff when there is only 1-3 legit 20/10 guys a year the past few seasons.

Bigs play shorter minutes as teams develop specialists and go small more often and whatnot

Also crazy- saying the Cavs shouldn't draft a backup PG because they have Livingston. C'mon man. You need a better backup than that. One who is a reliable shooter at least. I love Livingston, but u don't pass up a legit backup to your oft injured star for him.

To the bigger issue, I'm not sure how the idiot doing this supposedly works for the Washington Times and thinks Les Wizerables need a SF. If they bring back Webster, then they've got two legit starting SF on the roster with him and Ariza. The need is for a true C over 6'11".

Well...if you're counting AriZa as part of the team, you have to count Okafor.

Wiz have 9th best rebounding team in the league and 6th best D despite both starting guards being average to poor defenders most nights.

Webster is having a random career year / surprisingly healthy year at 26, I'm not convinced he is the answer. Ariza will almost certainly be gone after next year as will Okafor.

I'm interested to see if DC flips their expirings before the draft in order to have more of a long term core in which to slot their pick.

Drafting around 9-10 will be tricky. Hopefully they tank hard and get into the top 5. Around 10 it's like- at the next level, are any of these bigs even as much of a scorer as Seraphin? Seraphin has an elite offensive skill in that hook shot.

Should they give up on Jan? He only played 20 mins twice this year and had 10/7s both times. Ppl forget how good he looked atThe end of his rookie year. Then they came into this year with the luxury of focusing Jan on bodybuilding as they have nene, oak, book, Kevin and sing. I don't think Jan is a wash out quite yet.

I'd like Bennett a lot, even though he's short, and I'd be excited about Austin even though he's a twig. A big man with range or who can run y
The floor is the key to unlocking Wall's fullest potential - probably why Singleton has been a PF all year.

Wow.

Crazy to think that 2 weeks ago DC was in 3rd in a mock..

Pretty sure they were deep into that 22-16 stretch at that point, but I guess it wasn't until right around then that they started passing teams.

Hope they're smart enough to keep Nene and Beal on the bench and finish 0-12 to grab a top 5 pick
