Delp totaled 24 catches for 284 yards and three touchdowns. His production should rise as the feature tight end with Bowers in the NFL.

3. Michigan State image Jack Velling*, TE, Michigan State
Height: 6-4. Weight: 241.
Projected 40 Time: 4.65.
Projected Round (2025): 1-3.

9/7/24: Velling had one reception for 15 yards in his debut with the Spartans. In speaking to some scouts in the preseason, Velling impressed team sources with his play at Oregon State in 2023.

6/4/24: In 2023 Velling was a nice contributor for the Beavers. Velling flashed some receiving ability catching 29 passes for 438 yards with eight touchdowns. Velling will need to show that he can pass protect and block the c-gap to rise in 2024.

4. LSU image Mason Taylor*, TE, LSU
Height: 6-5. Weight: 245.
Projected 40 Time: 4.65.

6. Iowa image Luke Lachey*, TE, Iowa
Height: 6-6. Weight: 253.
Projected 40 Time: 4.66.

Lachey is a big tight end who is a tough and physical blocker at the point of attack while also being a functional receiver. He needs to put together a healthy season before going pro. Lachey looks like he has the potential to be a starting Y tight end in the NFL.

6/4/23: Boardingham flashed some receiving ability as a redshirt freshman and he could be a riser with his ability to make plays in the passing game. In 2023 Boardingham caught 26 passes for 289 yards and four touchdowns. Boardingham has to show the ability to pass protect and block the c-gap in order to be a rising prospect for the NFL.
