Round 1

Picks 1-16
1. Cardinals: Kyler Murray, Quarterback, Oklahoma

I'm not sure if I'd do this or not. However it's undeniable that Murray is the perfect fit for Kingsbury's system. The more I watch tape of Murray the more I love him. It would be odd to see the Cardinals give up on Rosen after 1 year, but that's what I see them doing.

2. 49ers: Nick Bosa, Defensive End, Ohio State

The 49ers desperately need help on the defensive front. They have potential but they need to make stops on defense. IMO Bosa is the best player in the draft. I actually rate him higher than his brother. I think he would be perfect here.

3. Jets: Prospect not selected

The Jets have some talent up front. However they could use someone to pair with Leonard Williams. Enter the other Williams, Quinnen. Some are saying he's the best player in the draft. He brings Alabama talent to the Jets.

4. Raiders: Josh Allen, 3-4 Outside Linebacker, Kentucky

At this point the Raiders could spend all of the picks they have on defense and it still probably wouldn't be enough. Josh Allen brings much needed Pressure to this defense.

5. Dolphins: Dwayne Haskins, Quarterback, Ohio State

Trade
The Dolphins are obviously looking for a new QB after trading away the injury prone Ryan Tannehill. Fitzpatrick is a decent stop gap but clearly not the long term answer. The Dolphins do appear to be in the Rosen sweepstakes, but I have a feeling the prefer Hasking. They may need to jump ahead of the Giants in order to acquire him.

6. Giants: D.K. Metcalf, Wide Receiver, Ole Miss

This may be desperation but it's probably what the Giants need after trading away OBJ. The Giants might go for Haskins if he's available here. But in this scenario the Dolphins beat them to it.

7. Jaguars: Jawaan Taylor, Offensive Tackle, Florida

The Jaguars appear ready to make a playoff push with Nick Foles. However they badly need to improve their O-Line. Nick Foles is a pocket passer and he needs a decent O-Line to succeed. The Jags love local kids, and the best O-Lineman is available.

8. Lions: Montez Sweat, Defensive End, Mississippi State

Ansah appears to be out. Even when he was healthy the Lions didn't have much of a pass rush. Sweat was a terrific starter at Miss ST, playing well against some of college's best offensive lines. He's exactly what the Lions need.

9. Bills: T.J. Hockenson, Tight End, Iowa

This might be a little high, however the Bills need to give Allen some weapons. Charles Clay is 30 and is probably more of a #2 than a true #1 tight end. Hockenson is the best Tight End in the draft. He can catch and block for the Bills.

10. Broncos: Greg Little, Offensive Tackle, Ole Miss

Jared Veldheer will be 32 by the time the season starts. The Broncos haven't shown any sign of replacing him or resigning him. It seems likely RT is a spot they will need to address in the draft.

11. Bengals: Vosean Joseph, Outside Linebacker, Florida

The Bengals let Burfict go because they simply couldn't rely on him. A talented player but also one of the leagues dirtiest and most injury prone. Joseph is a more than capable replacement.

12. Packers: Rashan Gary, Defensive End, Michigan

The Packers no longer have Clay Matthews. Edge rush was a major need for the Packers even when he was on the team. Rashan Gary is one of the most talented players in the draft. However his college tape is iffy at times. He seems like a good fit for the Packers as long as they can get the most out of him.

13. Buccaneers: Ed Oliver, Defensive Tackle, Houston

Trade
The Bucs have needed help up front on the defense for year. Personally I think Oliver should go higher than this. However most drafts have him going in the mid teens. This would be a steal for the Bucs.

14. Giants: Prospect not selected

Trade
Rumor has it the Giants really like Daniel Jones. I wouldn't even be shocked if they took him 6th overall. In this scenario The Giants jump over division rival Washington in order to acquire him. I admitedly don't know too much about Daniel Jones, mainly because I don't care to watch Duke football, but I think he'd be a good fit for the Giants. They could let him sit behind Eli Manning for a year.

15. Redskins: N'Keal Harry, Wide Receiver, Arizona State

I have no idea what the Redskisn plan is at WR. They have virtually nothing at that position. Doctson hasn't really worked out. The Redskins will probably add someone other than Keenum at QB. In this scenario maybe they trade their 2nd and something else for Rosen. He'll need help. Harry appears to be the 2nd best WR in the draft.

16. Panthers: Prospect not selected

Ferrell is considered top 10 by many. In this scenario he falls to 16. The Panthers badly need an edge rusher, and Rivera is the perfect guy to coach him up. This would be the fastest pick in history if Ferrell actually falls. The Panthers would be lucky to have him.
