The Browns have an easy choice here. Garrett is the #1 player in the class. No brainer.
49ers receive #8, #40, #64, 2018 2nd and 2018 3rd.
The Panthers want to move up to #2 and look like they'll either take Thomas or Fournette. I went with Thomas because the Panthers want a dominant defender, and #2 seems high for Fournette.
Without many good fits in the top 5, look for the Bears to potentially trade down. However, should they stay put, Lattimore is their best option to make an instant impact. Jonathan Allen is also an option.
The Jaguars have been going defense, and have built a strong young group. The team's weakness now lies in its offense, starting with the poor play of Blake Bortles. Fournette would give him some help and strengthen the teams weak run game.
Titans receive #12, #52, and #65
Hue Jackson really wants a QB, but they will not take one at #1. The Browns have enough draft picks to try and trade p to get a player they think will be the future for their team.
Calvin Pryor doesn't look like he is going to be with the Jets, so they need to look for some S help. Hooker is a true FS who has great range to play all over the field.
FS is more of a need for the Chargers, but Jamal Adams is at this point the best player on the board. Adams showcased the ability to do it all as a S, so he will prove to be beneficial to the team.
Panthers receive #2 and #109.
Hopefully John Lynch is smart and tries to obtain picks so they can fill many holes. By moving back to #8, the 49ers can still get a player they love in Foster while picking up 3 2nds and a 3rd.
The Bengals are going to want to find some more help for their pass rush, and will certainly do it if a player like Allen falls to them at 9.
Outside of Sammy Watkins, who is often injured, the Bills have no real receiving threat. Howard is the top pass catcher in the draft and if he should fall here to 10, the Bills would be dumb to pass on him.
The Saints are still looking to improve their defense, and especially the LBs. Reddick's stock has been skyrocketing since the Senior Bowl, and there's a chance he could even get taken before Foster because of his combine incident.
Browns receive #5
The Titans can be smart again and trade down this year if they don't love anyone at #5. Even with the trade, they were still able to grab this year's #1 WR.
The Cardinals have a big weakness at their #2 CB spot, and they can go ahead here and take another LSU DB in White who I believe is underrated. He possesses great athleticism and shut down ability.
Connor Barwin left in free agency, leaving the Eagles on the market for a pass rusher. Barnett lacks explosiveness, but was very productive against top competition and can make a living in the NFL. They have interest in McCaffrey, but are unlikely to take him here.
The Colts will likely take the best defensive player on the board, and in this case it's Wilson. The Colts secondary has struggled, and Wilson is physical and can lock players up 1-on-1.
The Ravens need to replace Ricky Wagner at RT, but also need to find more weapons for Joe Flacco. If Davis is available here at 16, he is a better value than any of the OTs, as this draft is a weaker one for the position.
