2016 NFL Mock Draft by Cap`n Crunch - 4.19
Published at 4/25/2016 6:59:55 PM

NFL junkie and fantasy fanatic. Its great to mock and get with friends to watch the draft. Our fantasy rookies will be out on front stage for the 1st time & its gonna be great. Here is a list of the top 6 guys or so. Most intriguing? Wentz & Goff. How will these 2 compare from now on? Safest guys? Tunsil & Bosa. Both will be great at the next level. Most athletic? Ramsey & Elliot. Was hard to choose on this topic.Darron Lee is right up there . Rank my draft if you want & comment. Used Scout`s Top 100 list for this draft. Cheers!

Round 1

Picks 1-16
1. Rams: Jared Goff, Quarterback, California

Rams get a local player----face of the franchise----reminds me of Matt Ryan like alot of people. Not sure if he is worthy of # 1 over all but time will tell.

2. Eagles: Carson Wentz, Quarterback, North Dakota State

Eagles trade up to grab their QB.

3. Ravens: Laremy Tunsil, Offensive Tackle, Ole Miss

Impact player for the Ravens. A few teams might be trying to trade up for him & the Ravens do just that.

4. Cowboys: Jalen Ramsey, Cornerback, Florida State

Cowboys stay at #4 and grab Ramsey.

5. Jaguars: DeForest Buckner, Defensive End, Oregon

Buckner over Jack. Possible Bosa & Buckner flip-flop here as both the Jags & Chargers need defensive players. Myles Jack keeps getting bad new on his knee injury.

6. Chargers: Joey Bosa, Defensive End, Ohio State

Chargers trade down & grab Bosa for a great steal.

7. Titans: Ronnie Stanley, Offensive Tackle, Notre Dame

Titans jump up to get Stanley. At one time he was rated over Tunsil. Titans feel he is still worth trading up for.

8. Saints: Shaq Lawson, Defensive End, Clemson

Saints move up grab a great player. Had Myles Jack here but feel he might drop a few more spots with his knee issues.

9. Buccaneers: Vernon Hargreaves, Cornerback, Florida

Bucs grab maybe the best cover corner, even with a smaller frame.

10. Giants: Ezekiel Elliott, Running Back, Ohio State

Giants grab Elliot without having to trade up to get him.

11. Bears: Sheldon Rankins, Defensive Tackle, Louisville

Rankins is here @ the #11 slot & the Bears grab a great player.

12. Browns: Jack Conklin, Offensive Tackle, Michigan State

Word is the Browns want to move down again & find the Saints willing to deal. They still grab a athletic tackle to fill a huge need. Moneyball Man is just as active as he was in baseball.

13. Dolphins: Mackensie Alexander, Cornerback, Clemson

Miami gets a corner to replace Grimes & Maxwell. He is slipping in some eyes because his lack of INT`s. Many times teams avoid great corners or throw " safe " type of throws. I think the local talent fits in here well.

14. Raiders: Myles Jack, Outside Linebacker, UCLA

Jack slides to #14 & the Raiders take the chance. HUGE steal if his knee holds up.

15. 49ers: Darron Lee, Outside Linebacker, Ohio State

Niners slide down & still land a impact player. Great moves if the front office & Kelly can pull it off.

16. Colts: Taylor Decker, Offensive Tackle, Ohio State

Colts move up to grab a OT rated 3rd in alot of camps.
