Published at 3/21/2016 2:02:53 PM

With the first week of free agency wrapped up the draft dominos are starting to fall. This draft does not count draft day trades. This is original pick for all 31 teams. I will update either sometime next week or if Colin Kaepernick gets traded. PS I would also like to thank all of you for viewing my mock draft. I didn't check my mock for a few days and when I saw all the view my page was getting (1213 as of the writing) I was blown away so thanks again!!!!

Round 1

Picks 1-16
1. Rams: Laremy Tunsil, Offensive Tackle, Ole Miss

There have been son whispers of Jalen Ramsey being picked here however, I will stay firm with this pick (for now). Despite not doing all the drills at the Combine, Tunsil is still one of the top prospects in the draft. Most assume the Titans will pick Tunsil and move former first round pick Taylor Lewan to the right side and have two great young bookends to protect Mariota after the beating he took last season.

2. Browns: Carson Wentz, Quarterback, North Dakota State

The Browns have arguably the most needs in the NFL. The team has officially released Johnny Football and are left with just Josh McCown, Austin Davis and Connor Shaw. The Browns have apparently been discussing a possible trade for Colin Kapernick suggesting they may not be high on the top QBs in this years class. Jalen Ramsey could be in play for this pick if they Browns land Kap. Although I pefer Jared Goff, Wentz had a much better Combine than Jared Goff and apparently is the favorite to be selected by the Browns. That could still change in the upcoming 2 months.

3. Chargers: Jalen Ramsey, Cornerback, Florida State

Although the Chargers added Casey Hayward the Chargers could still take Ramsey with this pick and put him at safety especially with Eric Weddle leaving. Jalen Ramsey has been described as the next Charles Woodson for the fact that he could play cornerback and/or safety. In my opinion I think Ramsey could be even better than Woodson. With Eric Weddle 99% sure to leave, that leaves a hole at safety. Ramsey would be a terrific pick here but Joey Bosa could also be in play.

4. Cowboys: Joey Bosa, Defensive End, Ohio State

With Greg Hardy most likely leaving and Gregory suspended the first 4 games, defensive line is a huge need for the Cowboys. There has been talk about Dallas taking a quarterback with this pick. Dallas would be wise to wait take a QB later in the draft if they don't sign anyone in free agency (Connor Cook might be an option). If Bosa is taken by the Chargers, Ramsey could also be in play here.

5. Jaguars: Myles Jack, Outside Linebacker, UCLA

Previous Pick: DeForest Buckner - DE
The Jaguars invested a lot of money in the defensive line adding Malik Jackson this offseason so the team may not want to add another defensive lineman. I said I may change this pick to Myles Jack and that's what I'm doing. Almost every mock draft I've seen has the Jags taking Jack here also. Vernon Hargreaves could be an option here if Jacksonville is looking for corner help.

6. Ravens: Ronnie Stanley, Offensive Tackle, Notre Dame

Previous Pick: Myles Jack - OLB
Kelechi Osemele seemed destined to be the Ravens new left tackle before bolting to Oakland. The team is now left with injury prone Eugene Monroe. Stanley could very well take over at left tackle in Week 1. The Ravens want to have a competition at left tackle and if the Ravens do indeed draft Stanley the team may finally be able to cut Monroe.

7. 49ers: Jared Goff, Quarterback, California

Colin Kaepernick could still be traded and that would leave a huge hole at quarterback. If Kap does stay he will battle with Blaine Gabbert meaning the team would likely not want to add a third quarterback. If Kap does stay I feel the team might go with a wide out with this pick. Also, new coaches most of the time mean new quarterbacks. However, Chip Kelly isn't like most coaches so who knows what he will do here.

8. Eagles: Vernon Hargreaves, Cornerback, Florida

Previous Pick: Paxton Lynch - QB
The team dealt Byron Maxwell and Kiko Alonso to move up a few spots in the draft. Coach Doug Perderson said the reasoning is a drop off after the top 10 picks. There are whispers that the Eagles traded up ion the draft to take Ezekiel Elliot however, what team from here to the Dolphins original pick would take a running back this high. None of them need a running back. The team traded their number 1 corner and Vernon Hargreaves would likely be gone by 13th overall.

9. Buccaneers: DeForest Buckner, Defensive End, Oregon

I've seen Buckner go as high as 3rd overall but in this mock draft he slips to 9th overall. With nobody next to newly signed Robert Ayers, the team may want to add Buckner to help him.

10. Giants: Jack Conklin, Offensive Tackle, Michigan State

Previous Pick: Noah Spence - DE
The team has spent A LOT of money on the defense this offseason. They added Olivier Vernon, Janoris Jenkins and Damon Harrison to bolster the defense. Now it is time to protect Eli Manning. After cutting Will Beatty the team is stuck with Ereck Flowers at left tackle. In my opinion drafting Conklin and shifting Flowers to right tackle would be the best move.

11. Bears: Shaq Lawson, Defensive End, Clemson

Previous Pick: Ronnie Stanley - OT
The team hasn't really had an explosive defensive end in a while. They tried to fix that with Jared Allen but he didn't work out as they probably hoped.

12. Saints: A'Shawn Robinson, Defensive Tackle, Alabama

The Saints defense has just been god awful for quite some time now. I could see New Orleans taking Vernon Hargreaves if he is still here or trading with the Chargers to get Jalen Ramsey. I was very impressed with A'Shawn Robinson's 40-yard dash (5.06) and with Kevin Williams not expected to start next season Robinson would be a great get for the Saints.

13. Dolphins: Mackensie Alexander, Cornerback, Clemson

Previous Pick: Shaq Lawson - DE
I had Alexander going 13th overall to the Eagles and he still does, just to a different team. This pick may be a little confusing seeing as the team traded for Byron Maxwell however, Maxwell played much better in Seattle with Richard Sherman on the other side and Alexander

14. Raiders: Noah Spence, Defensive End, Eastern Kentucky

Previous Pick: Jack Conklin - OT
With Donald Penn surprisingly staying in Oakland the team's offensive line is one of the best in the league. I almost had Ezekiel Elliot here because for some reason the team wants Latavius Murray to compete with someone but this may be to high of a pick for competition.

15. Titans: Paxton Lynch, Quarterback, Memphis

I am going to keep having Lynch here because there is NO WAY the Rams can go into the season with Foles and Keenum. You'd think the team would want to make a splash moving back to LA but they seem like they actually want Kennum to start. Lynch has said that his is fine sitting out his first year and he would likely do that in LA or at least until Kennum falls flat on his face.

16. Lions: Taylor Decker, Offensive Tackle, Ohio State

Previous Pick: Laquon Treadwell
With the team signing Marvin Jones and Jeremy Kearly wide receiver is no longer a need. The team has Riley Reiff at left tackle but right tackle seems to be a need.
