NFL Week 3 Fantasy Football Rankings

To differentiate between all the "Start 'Ems" on my Fantasy Football Start Em, Sit Em page, you can check out the Weekly Fantasy Football Rankings, so you can figure out whom to start between Player X and Player Y.

Below are my fantasy WR rankings and a set of links for my positional Weekly NFL Fantasy Football Rankings. Keep in mind that this list is for this week only; not the entire rest of the season.

The rankings are based on a PPR scoring system. Each player has Walterfootball.com's projected stats and standard scoring points.

  1. DeAndre Hopkins, WR, Cardinals (at Jaguars)- 32 Points
    8 Catches, 110 Receiving Yards, 2 TDs.
    Jacksonville's cornerbacks don't stand a chance.

  2. Tyreek Hill, WR, Chiefs (vs. Chargers)- 30 Points
10 Rushing Yards, 6 Catches, 100 Receiving Yards, 2 TDs.
There's no stopping the Chiefs' offense this year.

  3. Davante Adams, WR, Packers (at 49ers)- 26 Points
    8 Catches, 110 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
No one on the 49er cornerbacks can deal with Davante Adams.

  4. Cooper Kupp, WR, Rams (vs. Buccaneers)- 25 Points
    7 Catches, 110 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
It looks like the 5-hour breakfasts are paying off.

  5. Keenan Allen, WR, Chargers (at Chiefs)- 24 Points
    7 Catches, 100 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
Keenan Allen will do damage in garbage time.

  6. D.K. Metcalf, WR, Seahawks (at Vikings)- 23 Points
    6 Catches, 100 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
D.K. Metcalf could be the one to go off this week.

  7. Stefon Diggs, WR, Bills (vs. Redskins)- 20 Points
    6 Catches, 80 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
William Jackson looks terrible, so Stefon Diggs will benefit.

  8. Justin Jefferson, WR, Vikings (vs. Seahawks)- 20 Points
    6 Catches, 80 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
Seattle's cornerbacks should give up plenty of garbage-time yardage to Justin Jefferson.

  9. Chris Godwin, WR, Bucs (at Rams)- 19 Points
    5 Catches, 80 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
This isn't an easy matchup, but Chris Godwin should still produce.

  10. Marquise Brown, WR, Ravens (at Lions)- 19 Points
    5 Catches, 80 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
The Lions don't have the cornerbacks to cover Marquise Brown.

    5 Catches, 70 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
CeeDee Lamb is the preferred Dallas receiver.

Tyler Lockett could have a big game against Minnesota's poor secondary.

  15. Ja'Marr Chase, WR, Bengals (at Steelers)- 17 Points
    4 Catches, 70 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
Ja'Marr Chase figures to do well if the Steelers are missing multiple defensive starters.

    4 Catches, 70 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
Courtland Sutton looked 100 percent last week.

  17. Mike Williams, WR, Chargers (at Chiefs)- 17 Points
    4 Catches, 70 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
Mike Williams should have another solid performance.

Chase Claypool will be the primary receiver with Diontae Johnson out.

  19. Julio Jones, WR, Titans (vs. Colts)- 17 Points
    4 Catches, 70 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.

Mike Evans got banged up at the end of the Atlanta game.

  21. DeVonta Smith, WR, Eagles (at Cowboys)- 16 Points

DeVonta Smith would have done much better last week had Jalen Hurts not been so erratic.

    6 Catches, 90 Receiving Yards.
The Texans don't have the cornerbacks to stop D.J. Moore.

    6 Catches, 90 Receiving Yards.
The Buccaneers have trouble covering receivers.

Terry McLaurin will have to deal with Tre'Davious White.

10 Rushing Yards, 5 Catches, 70 Receiving Yards.
Jaire Alexander could shadow Deebo Samuel.

The only Patriot wide receiver worth playing.

Michael Pittman bounced back well, but he's not appealing if Carson Wentz is out.

  35. Kenny Golladay, WR, Giants (vs. Falcons)- 12 Points
    5 Catches, 70 Receiving Yards.
Kenny Golladay isn't happy about his situation, but he could rebound in this easy matchup.

  36. Van Jefferson, WR, Rams (vs. Buccaneers)- 12 Points
    4 Catches, 80 Receiving Yards.

  37. JuJu Smith-Schuster, WR, Steelers (vs. Bengals)- 12 Points
    5 Catches, 70 Receiving Yards.
JuJu Smith-Schuster will see an uptick in usage with Diontae Johnson out.

  38. K.J. Osborn, WR, Vikings (vs. Seahawks)- 12 Points
    4 Catches, 80 Receiving Yards.
K.J. Osborn has become a legitimate part of the offense because of Irv Smith Jr.'s absence.

Cole Beasley is being weighed down by his quarterback's struggles.

    Christian Kirk is a high-ceiling, low-floor play.

  41. Rondale Moore, WR, Cardinals (at Jaguars)- 11 Points
10 Rushing Yards, 3 Catches, 70 Receiving Yards.
Rondale Moore's volume can be low, but he can go the distance any time he touches the ball.

    4 Catches, 70 Receiving Yards.
The Raiders don't have the cornerbacks to cover DeVante Parker.

    3 Catches, 50 Receiving Yards.
Demarcus Robinson is my preferred Chiefs wide receiver not named Tyreek Hill.
