Duke logo S Nathan Vail (Kennesaw, GA) commits to Duke  View Class

Vail (6-2, 192) gives you some size, range and length in the back end of your defense. His length and ability to cover plenty of ground are big assets in defending the passing game. Vail has very fluid hips and changes direction out of his backpedal well. He also has the range to line up in a deep safety in college and be very effective. Vail can play on the hash, and his speed and quickness will allow him to cover half the field. His ball skills are ok, but I think he can work on improving them to create more turnovers.

Nathan Vail's Player Grade: C+
Duke logo DL Vincent Anthony Jr. (Durham, NC) commits to Duke  View Class

Anthony (6-5, 238) is an interesting prospect who could move around on the line. He continues to improve with his speed and explosion, which are far better than his reported testing times. Despite that, I still believe that Anthony would be better off getting into the 270-pound range and becoming a three-technique. Anthony has good hands and plays with a lot of effort. There is some upside to his game, and I'm interested to see how he'll find the defensive line.

Vincent Anthony Jr.'s Player Grade: C+
Duke logo OL Steven Nahmias (Atlanta, GA) commits to Duke  View Class

Nahmias (6-3, 285) is a good fit for Duke. He is a quality player and an exceptional student who carries a 4.3 GPA and a 33 ACT. Nahmias is a smart kid with a high football IQ who is going to understand complicated blocking schemes. I love the way this kid fires off the ball and goes right after the defender. He plays with a bit of a mean streak and isn't going to stand down from a challenge. Nahmias is athletic enough to drive a guy backward, get onto another defender and then block them. He stays low and plays with good leverage.

Steven Nahmias' Player Grade: C+
