I’ve been posting NFL Free Agent Rumors, NFL Draft Team Rumors and NFL Fantasy Rumors daily on each page. These are listed per team, so click on each link if you’re interested in seeing all of the rumors from your favorite team.

Jimmy Garoppolo is a strong option for the Cardinals. – Jeremy Fowler, ESPN

I wouldn’t quite use the word “strong” because Garoppolo would be a downgrade from Jacoby Brissett. Either quarterback would just be a bridge to whomever the Cardinals select in the 2027 NFL Draft.

The Cardinals are a potential suitor for Breece Hall. – Rich Cimini, ESPN

Hall would go from one crappy organization to another. The Cardinals desperately need a running back, and questions would have to arise about why the Jets didn’t deal Hall at the trade deadline in 2025.

The Falcons and Jets have shown interest in Jacoby Brissett. – Ben Volin, Boston Globe

Brissett, who set a single-game completions record last year, is a strong backup who could hold down the fort for one year in New York. The Falcons, conversely, need an insurance policy for Michael Penix Jr., who was awful at times in 2025.

Watch out for Tua Tagovailoa in Atlanta. – Jeremy Fowler, ESPN

Tagovailoa will collect his concussions in Atlanta rather than Miami going forward. Tagovailoa could be a good backup when healthy, but not a reliable one because of his injury history.

David Njoku is visiting the Ravens. – Adam Schefter, ESPN

Isaiah Likely and Charlie Kolar left via free agency, so the Ravens need to find another tight end, especially with Mark Andrews in decline.

The Ravens and Patriots are the two most likely teams to trade for A.J. Brown. – Jeff McClaine, Philadelphia Inquirer

Brown would be a great fit with Drake Maye, one of the best downfield throwers in the NFL. Brown’s numbers wouldn’t be as great in Baltimore, but the Ravens would do well to acquire him because they’ve needed a starter across from Zay Flowers for some time.

Multiple league executives are linking Rashid Shaheed and Romeo Doubs to the Bills. – Jeremy Fowler, ESPN

Both would be big upgrades. Shaheed was awesome with the Saints before being used primarily as just a return specialist in Seattle. Doubs, meanwhile, has been an inconsistent player for the Packers, but could reach his ceiling with Josh Allen.

Tyler Biadasz is visiting the Bears. – Ian Rapoport, NFL Network

Dalman, an excellent center, shocked the Bears by announcing his retirement. Biadasz isn’t nearly as good, but he’s been solid over the past few years. He’ll be a quality replacement, though the Bears may still want to grab a center in Rounds 2-4 of the 2026 NFL Draft.

Rashan Gary is a name to watch for the Bengals. – Jeremy Fowler, ESPN

Cincinnati hardly spends any money, so this would be a new development. Perhaps the Bengals feel left out with every other team in their division now possessing an elite pass rusher.

The Browns are expected to be interested in Mike Evans. – Mary Kay Cabot, Cleveland.com

This sounds like the loser nerd being interested in the head cheerleader for a prom date. Good luck, bro. It would be a very odd career move for Mike Evans to play in Cleveland.

The Browns will seriously consider Anthony Richardson. – Zac Jackson, The Athletic

Cleveland had two Pro Bowl quarterbacks on its roster last year, so this is high praise for Richardson. Deshaun Watson and Shedeur Sanders are expected to compete for the starting job, but Richardson would be a fine addition for the right price. Richardson has shown no signs of developing into a franchise quarterback, but he has immense potential.

The Cowboys and Eagles have called about trading for Patrick Queen. – Nick Harris, Fort Worth Star-Telegram

Both teams sorely need linebacker help, especially the Eagles, who saw Nakobe Dean sign with the Raiders on the first day of free agency.

Odafe Oweh, Jaelan Phillips, Trey Hendrickson, and Boye Mafe are all on the Cowboys’ radar. – Jeremy Fowler, ESPN

This should come as no surprise, given that the Cowboys are desperate for an edge rusher and missed out on Maxx Crosby.

The Broncos will explore other options before re-signing J.K. Dobbins. – Nick Kosmider, The Athletic

Remember that Sean Payton likes to utilize multiple running backs, so the Broncos would just be looking for another running back to share the workload. Dobbins is very talented, but can’t stay healthy.

The Lions have been “sniffing around” free agent tackles. – Daniel Jeremiah, NFL Network

This can’t be a surprise because Taylor Decker has hinted that he may retire soon. The Lions would have a huge void at one of the tackle spots if Decker were to retire.

The Packers are a team to monitor for an Anthony Richardson trade. – Stephen Holder, ESPN

The Packers lost Malik Willis, so they don’t have a viable backup behind “No Cookie” Jordan Love. It would be interesting to see what Matt LaFleur could do with Richardson after working his magic with Willis.

Wyatt Teller has interest in joining the Texans. – Ken Blaze, USA Today

Houston needs all the offensive line help it can get. Wyatt Teller used to be a great guard, but he’s coming off a down year and will turn 32 at some point during the season.

The Texans are exploring a potential trade for De’Von Achane. – Jonathan Alexander, Houston Chronicle

The Texans could use some more firepower in their backfield. It makes sense for the Dolphins to trade De’Von Achane because they have some talented young backs, and by the time they’re ready to make a deep playoff run, Achane could be too old.

Kyler Murray has interest in the Colts. – Albert Breer, Sports Illustrated

Murray appears to have interest in many teams. As they say, beggars can’t be choosers. Murray won’t be the first option for any team.

The Colts and Daniel Jones are discussing a long-term deal. – Tom Pelissero, NFL Network

Jones is coming off a torn Achilles, which could compromise his ability to play well in 2026. Still, it’s not like the Colts really have any other options.

Teams are monitoring the trade market for Brian Thomas Jr. – Dan Graziano, ESPN

Thomas had an amazing rookie year, but struggled with drops in 2025. Thomas also never looked like a great fit in Liam Coen’s offense, so it wouldn’t be surprising if he were traded.

The Chiefs are a possible destination for Cameron Jordan. – Nate Taylor, ESPN

Jordan is 37, but he logged 10.5 sacks last year. He could rapidly regress at any moment, but the Chiefs are desperate for edge help, among many other things.

The Chiefs loom as an interesting suitor for Kenneth Walker. – Albert Breer, Sports Illustrated

The Chiefs have also been linked to Travis Etienne. It’s not a surprise that they’re so eager to upgrade their underwhelming running game.

Travis Etienne has “legitimate interest” in signing with the Chiefs. – Pete Sweeney, Kansas City Star

I’m sure the Chiefs would have interest as well, given that they’ve had no running game to speak of during the past two years.

The Raiders will have interest in Kirk Cousins. – Dianna Marie Russini, The Athletic

It’s not clear why Cousins would have interest in the Raiders. There’s no way he’ll be starting in Las Vegas this year.

The Raiders still want two first-round picks for Maxx Crosby. – Dianna Marie Russini, The Athletic

Yeah, good luck with that. With Crosby failing his physical in Baltimore, it’ll be very tough for the Raiders to get anything close to what they want.

The Patriots, Raiders, Titans, and Redskins are linked to Alec Pierce. – Jeremy Fowler, ESPN

The Patriots and Redskins would be the most fun, but it sounds like Alec Pierce is going to be overpaid in the coming days.

The Raiders, Giants, and Titans have interest in trading for Bears LB Tremaine Edmunds. – Jeremy Fowler, ESPN

Edmunds is a very athletic linebacker and would be a nice upgrade for all three teams. It’s worth noting that both the Titans and Giants will be in position to potentially draft Sonny Styles in the top five.

The Chargers, Giants, 49ers, and Redskins have expressed interest in Mike Evans. – Rick Stroud, Tampa Bay Times

It’s hard to imagine Evans leaving Tampa Bay, but if he does, he’ll have the most success with the Chargers. All four teams feel like a positive for Evans, except for maybe the Giants because Jaxson Dart runs so much, but the best place should be the Chargers with Justin Herbert and two great tackles returning from injury.

The Chargers are keeping tabs on the A.J. Brown trade situation. – Dianna Marie Russini, ESPN

Receiver doesn’t appear to be a big need for the Chargers, but upgrading Keenan Allen to A.J. Brown would inject a ton of juice into the offense.

The Chargers could make a push to sign Tyler Linderbaum in free agency. – Kris Rhim, ESPN

Center was one of the Chargers’ many problem areas on the offensive line last year. Linderbaum would be a huge addition for the Chargers, whose betting odds should improve if they were to make this signing.

The Rams are out on a trade for A.J. Brown, but the Patriots remain interested. – Ian Rapoport, NFL Network

Apparently, the Rams trade involved Davante Adams, so that didn’t make much sense. The Patriots desperately need a No. 1 receiver for Drake Maye, so it makes sense as to why they’d still be involved.

The Rams and Patriots are making strong pushes to trade for A.J. Brown. – Dianna Marie Russini, ESPN

We’ll have to see if someone meets Philadelphia’s asking price of a first-round pick. Given the competition, one of the teams may have to do it. The Rams and Patriots would greatly benefit from Brown’s presence. The Patriots would be more exciting because of Maye’s deep-ball ability, but the Rams offense with Brown, Puka Nacua, and Davante Adams would be unstoppable.

The Rams don’t want to part with their first-round pick, so they’re likely waiting for the asking price to drop. The Rams would automatically become the Super Bowl favorite if they were to acquire Brown.

Garoppolo can be the latest crappy quarterback to play for the Dolphins. It would be an upset if Miami wasn’t able to secure Malik Willis this offseason.

This makes so much sense, given that the Dolphins’ new head coach and general manager were with the Packers last year. For more on Willis potentially signing with the Dolphins, click the link.

This makes so much sense because the Dolphins’ new general manager and head coach both were with the Packers last year. Willis would be a big upgrade over Tua Tagovailoa.

Kyler Murray and the Vikings have mutual interest. – Ian Rapoport, NFL Network

Let’s hope the Vikings aren’t as dumb as the one guy who appeared on NFL Network and told us that he had Murray as his No. 4 overall free agent. If the Vikings were paying attention, they would have seen that Jacoby Brissett was able to get the ball to Trey McBride in the end zone, which is something Murray could never do.

Kyler Murray wants to sign with the Vikings. – Connor Hughes, SNY

The question is if the Vikings want to sign Murray, who has been a disappointment in his career thus far. Perhaps Murray will play his best football with Kevin O’Connell, but that still may not be good enough to win a Super Bowl. It’s no coincidence, by the way, that the Nintari Championships are being held in Minnesota this year. I’m sure Murray will be attending if he can stay out of trouble.

The Vikings are a team to watch for Daniel Jones. – Albert Breer, Sports Illustrated

The Colts transition tagged Jones, but he can still talk to other teams. Jones was with the Vikings for a bit, so he knows the offense. He would be a strong addition if his torn Achilles is recovering well.

The Vikings are quietly exploring an exit strategy for J.J. McCarthy. – Tony Pauline, Essentially Sports

It wasn’t too quiet because we reported that the Vikings reached out to Cincinnati for a potential Joe Burrow trade. The Vikings have also been linked to Derek Carr. McCarthy was putrid this past season outside of a couple of decent games against terrible defenses. Still, it may not be smart to completely give up on him.

There’s a lot of talk about Derek Carr going to the Vikings. – Vincent Bonsignore, California Post

Vincent Bonsignore has blocked me on X because he has the mentality of a 12-year-old girl, so let’s hope that his reporting is better than that. Carr makes sense in Minnesota, as does Kirk Cousins. Also, remember that the Vikings reached out to the Bengals in an effort to trade for Joe Burrow.

New York lost Cordale Flott to free agency, but it already needed help at the position. Woolen would be a very nice upgrade.

The Raiders, Giants, and Titans have interest in trading for Bears LB Tremaine Edmunds. – Jeremy Fowler, ESPN

Edmunds is a very athletic linebacker and would be a nice upgrade for all three teams. It’s worth noting that both the Titans and Giants will be in position to potentially draft Sonny Styles in the top five.

All signs point to Geno Smith returning to the Jets. – Connor Hughes, SNY

Smith left as a quarterback bust and will return as a top-10 quarterback, at least according to one ESPN analyst. Honestly, I don’t like this move. It feels like someone returning to an abusive relationship.

Carson Wentz is the preferred veteran option for the Jets. – Connor Hughes, SNY

The Jets have seen many failed quarterbacks leave the team and succeed elsewhere, so perhaps the opposite will finally occur. Wentz probably won’t revitalize his career, but crazier things have happened.

The Jets have interest in acquiring Tua Tagovailoa. – Mike Garafolo, NFL Network

The Jets had a close look at Tagovailoa twice per year and still have come to this conclusion, which is amazing. Perhaps it’s because Tagovailoa has a high Madden rating.

Woody Johnson acquires players based on Madden ratings, and Kyler Murray loves playing video games, so it’s a match made in heaven. The Jets have seen their share of first-round quarterback failures succeed elsewhere, so perhaps they’re trying to have the favor returned to them.

The Jets would like to re-sign Breece Hall to a long-term deal. – Rich Cimini, ESPN

In typical Jets fashion, they will give a huge, long-term deal to a running back with an injury history.

The Eagles interest is present in Jonathan Greenard. – Zach Berman, The Athletic

Philadelphia has been linked to some of the top edge rushers in free agency, so trading for Jonathan Greenard makes sense. The Eagles need a replacement for Jaelan Phillips, who signed with the Panthers this offseason.

Dallas Goedert could depart Philadelphia this offseason. Njoku would be a quality short-term replacement as the Eagles search for their tight end of the future.

Eagles GM Howie Roseman didn’t dismiss the possibility of the Eagles trading A.J. Brown this offseason. –

Brown has been the subject of trade rumors thus far this offseason. Brown even appeared on a podcast with Julian Edelman recently and didn’t mention the Eagles, but winked when the Patriots were discussed.

The Steelers may trade for Jaylen Waddle. – Mark Kaboly, Pat McAfee Show

The Steelers had nothing at receiver last year outside of DK Metcalf. Waddle would be a great No. 2 for them, but quarterback is still a big problem.

San Francisco needs receiver help with Deebo Samuel and Brandon Aiyuk departing in consecutive offseason, and Ricky Pearsall constantly dealing with injuries. Alec Pierce is an intriguing deep threat but doesn’t have a long track record of success.

Rachaad White is a fallback option for the Seahawks. – Mike Garafolo, NFL Network

White would ideally pair with Zach Charbonnet to form a decent committee, but Charbonnet is coming off a torn ACL. Even if White is signed, I’d expect the Seahawks to use a Round 1-3 pick on a running back.

Trey Hendrickson would love to play for the Buccaneers. – Adam Schefter, ESPN

There were two primary reasons why the Buccaneers won the Super Bowl five years ago. The first was obviously Tom Brady. The second was the defense was suffocating with a great ability to pressure the quarterback. The Buccaneers have lacked the ability to generate pressure, but obtaining Trey Hendrickson would change that and would allow the Buccaneers to become a legitimate threat in the NFC.

The Patriots, Raiders, Titans, and Redskins are linked to Alec Pierce. – Jeremy Fowler, ESPN

The Patriots and Redskins would be the most fun, but it sounds like Alec Pierce is going to be overpaid in the coming days.

The Titans have significant interest in Wan’Dale Robinson. – Matt Legros, Titans Wire

Seems like a natural fit, given that the Titans already have a redundant piece in Chimere Dike. Tennessee needs a receiver who profiles as a No. 1, so the team will naturally overspend for a receiver who is not a No. 1.

The Raiders, Giants, and Titans have interest in trading for Bears LB Tremaine Edmunds. – Jeremy Fowler, ESPN

Edmunds is a very athletic linebacker and would be a nice upgrade for all three teams. It’s worth noting that both the Titans and Giants will be in position to potentially draft Sonny Styles in the top five.

The Redskins will heavily pursue Tyler Linderbaum. – Jordan Schultz, The Schultz Report

This would be ideal for Linderbaum because he wouldn’t have to move from Baltimore. It appears as though the Redskins have big plans this offseason, with their desire to sign key free agents like Linderbaum and Mike Evans.

Riley Patterson is coming off an excellent season, going 27-of-29.

2. Joey Slye, K, Titans. Age: 30.
Re-signed with Titans

Joey Slye drilled 80 percent of his field goals last year, including a few long attempts.

3. Eddy Pineiro, K, 49ers. Age: 30.
Re-signed with 49ers (4 years, $17 million)

Eddy Pineiro is coming off a great season with the 49ers.

4. Daniel Carlson, K, Raiders. Age: 31.

Daniel Carlson is coming off the worst year in his Raiders career.

5. Matt Prater, K, Bills. Age: 42.

Matt Prater is 42, but he’s coming off a solid season in which he was 18-of-20.

6. Jason Sanders, K, Dolphins. Age: 30.
Signed with Giants

Jason Sanders hit 37-of-41 attempts in 2024, but he missed all of 2025 with a hip injury.

7. Jake Moody, K, Redskins. Age: 26. — Re-signed with Redskins (1 year)

Ryan Wright was third in net punting last year and did a good job of pinning the opposition inside the 20.

Signed with Giants (3 years, $40 million)

Jordan Stout topped the net-punting average charts in 2025. He did a great job of pinning the opposition inside the 20 as well.

11. Tress Way, P, Redskins. Age: 36.

Tress Way is an older punter, but he ranked fourth in net punting last year.

12. Braden Mann, P, Eagles. Age: 28.
Re-signed with Eagles

Braden Mann finished sixth in net punting last year.

13. Jake Bailey, P, Dolphins. Age: 29.
Signed with Falcons

Jake Bailey finished 11th in net average last year. He did a solid job of pinning teams inside the 20.

14. Bradley Pinion, P, Falcons. Age: 32.
Signed with Dolphins

Bradley Pinion was average at net punting, but did a great job of pinning the opposition inside the 20.

15. Tommy Townsend, P, Texans. Age: 29.

Tommy Townsend was average in net punting last year, but did a great job of pinning teams inside the 20.
