If my power rankings were a pure snapshot of the moment than the Bucs would not be two on the list. But this is a combination of who is the best now as well as who will be the best when it matters. The Bucs are solid in all facets and should be a top tier team by the time they need to be.
I'd have Wilson's Seahawks at 2 if they weren't constantly in shootouts.
At some point the only undefeated team needs to be mentioned in the top 5.
Their only losses are to KC (doesn't really count) and Pittsburgh. I probably should have them higher than this.
I don't think they can handle a team that has a defense and if they letup at all they lose to teams like the Vikings.
Walt says these guys always start out slow so perhaps need to forget them their two losses but only have so many games to work with. Notch a few more Ws and we can forget about that loss to the Raiders in Week 2.
I don't really believe in them but people keep telling me they're good. They have a good record.
When you are coming off a win against the Seahawks that I have at the 3 spot you ought to be in the top 10.
This is me speaking up for the disrespected Bears and Nick Foles.
Giants feel like they are just a few plays from figuring it out. Now this has gone on long enough that I'd be ready to give up but when you are able to frustrate Tom Brady it earns some benefit of the doubt.
They should be better than this..but they aren't...they keep proving they aren't.
As a guy who loves backup QBs and underdogs I'm disappointed the Minshew lead Jaguars weren't able to confound the experts other than in Week 1.
The Jets cost me at least one fantasy matchup when my opponent simply picked up whatever defense was playing them. This should be illegal.
