2026 NFL Draft – Stock Report 12/2/25

2026 NFL Draft Stock Up

Nyck Harbor, WR, South Carolina

Harbor was impressive against Clemson on Saturday, catching six passes for 115 yards and a touchdown. He used his track speed to get open deep down the field and hauled in a 53-yard touchdown early in the game. The 6-foot-5, 235-pound Harbor has mismatch size and speed, but is extremely raw. He needs to improve his hands and route-running, but his skill set is God-given and can’t be coached. Harbor could be similar to D.K. Metcalf if he develops at the pro level. In what could be his final college tape, this performance against Clemson is going to help him in the months to come.

Ethan Burke, DE, Texas

Burke was excellent against the Aggies on Friday night. He was around the ball all night, setting a tough edge in the ground game and chasing down backs out of his gap. Burke had nine tackles with a pass batted, put pressure on the quarterback, and blocked a kick. The 6-foot-6, 260-pounder may not be an early-round talent, but he could be a solid mid-round pick that ends up being a quality rotational defensive end. This was a really good tape against Texas A&M to help Burke.

Carnell Tate, WR, Ohio State

The 2026 NFL Draft is not a strong draft for wide receiver talent, but Tate has shown to be a potential first-round pick with his steady play in 2026. Against Michigan, Tate put the Wolverines away with a 50-yard touchdown catch after running a superb route to create separation from the deep safety. In speaking with team sources who know Tate well, they really liked him as a kid and feel he has first-round talent. Tate looks like an opening night selection after his consistent performance this season.

Kayden McDonald, DT, Ohio State

McDonald has been a disruptive and productive nose tackle for the Buckeyes in 2025. Thus far, he has 52 tackles with three sacks and two forced fumbles. The 6-foot-3, 326-pounder has size, quickness, and athleticism. He has upside to improve as he gains experience.

Kenyatta Jackson, DE, Ohio State

Ohio State’s offense dominated the time of possession against Michigan, so there were limited opportunities for their defensive prospects to stand out. However, Jackson did well in his limited opportunities. He had an impressive sack, pushing through the left tackle with power and using speed to close. He added a tackle for a loss and had a few other pressures. This tape will help Jackson become an early-round pick.

2025 NFL Draft Stock Down

John Mateer, QB, Oklahoma

With a playoff spot on the line, Mateer really struggled and did his best to give the game away to LSU. Fortunately for the Sooners, the Tigers’ defense gave away a fourth-quarter lead, and Oklahoma essentially clinched a playoff spot. On the Sooners’ second play, Mateer had a pass deflected by Tigers edge rusher Patrick Payton. In the third quarter, Mansoor Delane came close to intercepting a pass from Mateer as Delane came over the top and almost made a falling interception. The ball bounced off Delane’s hands to fall incomplete, and Delane left the game with an injury after the play. Mateer came back to make a nice throw on a third-and-long to move the chains, but a few plays later, Mateer stared down his tight end going down the seam, and his pass was intercepted by Tigers safety A.J. Haulcy. On the next drive, Mateer made a couple of good completions to get into LSU territory, but then he had another terrible pass with an underthrown ball with poor location for an easy interception by the Tigers’ cornerback. This was an ugly tape as Mateer had poor field vision and ball security.
