    2010 NFL Power Rankings: Playoffs
    1. Green Bay Packers (14-6) - Previously: #1 - To all of you haters who criticized my ranking the Packers No. 1 all year - HA! SUCK IT! No one believed in me, but I had the last laugh!!! Muhahahahahahaha!!!!

Sorry. I thought I was an insecure football player there for a second.

You can check out my Super Bowl thoughts and observations in my Super Bowl XLV Live Blog. I've eaten too much to write anything else.

    2. Pittsburgh Steelers (14-5) - Previously: #2 - I'm pissed off that the Packers kicked the covering field goal that cost me $210, so let's go to Notes from NFL.com GameCenter - a list of a few stupid comments I read on NFL.com's GameCenter during the Super Bowl and my thoughts on them:

      1. "RESPECT THE PACK,THY ARE NOT THE REAL AMERICAS TEAM FOR NOTHING. GREEN BAY WON 9 CHAMPIONSHIPS BEFORE THY CALLED IT THE SUPER-BOWL AND THEN WHEN THY DID CALL IT THE SUPER-BOWL THY WON THE FIRST 2 AND THEN AGAIN IN 97, WHICH MEANS TECHNICALLY GREEN BAY HAS WON 12, SO JUST BECAUSE THY DIDENT CALL IT THAT UNTELL 66-67 IT STILL WAS FOR ALL THE MARBLES!!!!!!!!!"

What's with all the "Thy's?" I guess this person is a William Shakespeare buff.

      2. "all i know is that clay and co,going to ring ili bens bell!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and put a crack in it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Ah, if only the Liberty Bell could be charged with sexual assault - then it and Big Ben would have so much in common.

      3. "i think people only call it the best becouse it was the most recent they have VERY short memorys what about the superbowl with NY and NE ? WAY better then cards vs Steelers superbowl ..."

Do you think the people with short "memorys" can spell the word "memories" better than this guy? That would be kind of ironic.

      4. "RECOMEND IF YOU TINK THAT TOMPSON DOES OR shouldD DO ANGER MANAGMENT"

RECOMEND IF YOU TINK THAT THIS PERSON'S PARENTS DOES OR shoulD BUY HIM A DICTIONARY

Walt, I'm really surprised at you- you really are a homer under that veneer of analysis.

This is a note to "Klunge" . Take a look at the Bears record - who they beat and who they lost to. Now look at their record this year and this time last year. Yes they were 4-3 and came off a bye and went on to win the division only to get knocked out by the Super bowl Champion Packers. They have pretty much the same team [ maybe even better ] than last year. The way the NFL has gone this year the only sure thing is the Packers. But what happens to them if Aaron Rodgers gets hurt ? I think it is either foolish/childish to write off any team with a winning record this early in the season. there is a lot of football to be played. After last year's Super Bowl [ won by a wild card team ], and the last 2 World Series - anything can happen .

"Chargers will move up after they blow out the Chiefs. the sudden resurgence of KC is fools gold. wins over the Colts, Minn, and oak are nothing to talk about. The Raider Qbs threw the picks right at them. no choice but to catch and return them. Anyone would have won that game easily. SD will get healthy on them just like last year when they held the Chiefs to 50 yds of offense in SD."

Your partly right, the Chiefs wins over Colts, Minn, Oak and SD are nothing to talk about. The Chargers are the worst team in the NFL. At least the Colts and Oakland lost their starting QBs, and Minn never had one. What's San Diego's excuse?

Are you an Eagles or a Cowboys Fan?? 11-01-2011 12:58 pm xxx.xxx.xxx.162 (total posts: 2)

I have to question if you Walter on whether or not you are an Eagles or a Cowboys fan Because you hold one of them in high regards. Either you think the Cowboys (much like dez bryant) are unbeatable and so the (3-4 mind you) Eagles win makes them a top ten team. Or you are an Eagles fan and because they held the (highly overrated) Cowboy's to 7 you feel as though all the horrible losses they have had already meant nothing. I just don't see your logic. The Eagles O-line still can't protect Vick their safeties and linebackers still suck. The Cowboy's have only 3 good player's on defense and not one of them play in the secondary. And their O-line is equally bad. Romo is over-hyped and while the receiver's are talented they don't always play all out.

    The Chargers have talent? Where?!

Their best pass rusher is - Antwan Barnes?
Their best running back is 270 pounds
Their second best receiver is Malcolm Ass Floyd
Their best defensive lineman is ????????
Antonio Gates has had so many injuries he's slower than Randy McMichael
They have major holes all over their roster (RT, the other MLB, NT, safety, etc)

Screw you chris johnson, im dropping you for randy moss. On a more serious note, am I the only one that considers buffalo the number 1 team to beat in the AFC east? NE's defense is just cant defend the pass and buffalo in the 3-4 with darius at NT is looking pretty good.

Denzel, how are the Bears going to win the Super Bowl without making the playoffs? The Bears themselves must be ignorant morons by your standards, because I'm sure none of them deep down truly believe they are going to play in, let alone win, the big game. Two weeks from now when Detroit completes the season sweep, the reality the rest of us live in will finally set in for you too.

The person below me looks pretty stupid now. Just like all the ignorant morons who think the Chicago Bears won't win the Super Bowl will look in a few months.

Finally, someone who agrees with me regarding the Steelers. Why do most people power rank them so high? Wow, BFD they have won the last 3 games, but who did they play? Nobody! Plus, as you said Walter, they lost Bigtime to the only top 10 team they have played. I see the Pats winning by 2 TDs.

Where are all the Raiders fans that thumbed down my post from last week about Hue Jackson being an idiot and how he will ruin the team?

Wait did he trade a 1st and 2nd round pick for a 32 year old QB who has sucked for three years now? Who hasn't practiced all year? In the middle of the season? What happens if he retires after this year? How much better is he than Kyle Boller honestly?

    Guess I was wrong guys.

Detroit's only touchdown came on a trick play. Atlanta also ran the football right down their throats.

The Falcons should be much closer to the Top 10 (ahead of Philly, behind Chicago) and Detroit should probably be out after back-to-back embarrassments at home.
