Can someone please tell me why Charlie still has Cardale Jones going to Buffalo in the 2nd rd still?! Guy hasn't even been able to get any significant playing time other than when Barrett was suspended recently. You don't take such a long term project in the 2nd rd when there are so many better players with better fits available. Rather see a project QB drafted in rounds 4-7 (M. Williams?) to sit behind Tyrod Taylor for 2 years or so, or least a better prospect if one is drafted that early (Brissett?).
Moves well off the ball, especially coming off screens
Effectively utilizes runner in the lane
Decision-maker; doesn't force much
Needs to get stronger
Attacking the basket
Finishing strong in the paint
Taking defenders off the bounce in iso situations
Lacks ideal NBA athleticism
Summary: Lamb was one of the better pure shooters in college basketball this past season. That is where he can make his biggest impact at the next level; being a shooter off the bench. I am not sure his role will be anything more than that though, which is why he projects as a late first-round pick.
Player Comparison: Leandro Barbosa. Despite being undersized, Barbosa has had a successful NBA career coming off the bench as a scorer. Lamb will likely fill a similar role on whichever team he ends up on, and like Barbosa, he has a great touch as a shooter.
