Thanks for the info on Shaubs contract. As for the rest bite me.
Agree Watson will be first QB taken, don't see the Dolphins reaching for OG Pocic when DE is the biggest need.
The Titans are desperate for corners in a draft deep with corners I see a corner at #18.
If I may offer some insight?
The top 3 is a bit abstract, with Cleveland not taking Myles Garrett, the player literally everyone has on top of their draft boards. I, personally, think their strategy should be Garrett first, then QB, (hell, they should still get Watson at 12, if they wanted), then other stuff. The Browns have so many holes, you could plug in any player and immediately justify it.
3 is a bit high for Malik Hooker.
5 is waaay too high for Peppers, and hear me out. Your explanation is that he is an elite athlete and a gifted playmaker. Elite athlete, definitely. Gifted playmaker, not at Safety. He has more rushing Touchdowns than interceptions, by a good margin (3-1), which is sad for any defensive player that isn't Dontari Poe.
ESPN's big headline for Week 17 was Tyrod Taylor getting benched. OK, why? a). He was injured, b). Buffalo was already mathematically eliminated from playoff contention, and kinda linking back to a)., c). If Taylor was seriously injured, he would be paid $30M. Thats a lot of money.
TE is a bigger need than you think for Washington
The Raiders need a MLB more than anything. They cannot have Ben Heeney splitting time with Malcolm Smith for much longer.
Kizer won't go that low.
Too high for Tankersley.
The rest is actually really good. Solid mock overall.
Thanks for your intelligent comments. Hooker in my opinion is justifiable at # 3 and especially in Chicago. Jabril Peppers is a great football talent maybe I reached for him but I'm sure he will be much more impactful as a pro.
The Hawks will not take an edge rusher in the first round....... Look at O-Line , LOLB , CB, RB
