Earlier this off season the Browns traded for Quarterback Tyrod Taylor, who many believe is just a bridge Quarterback for the Browns. Taylor is set to become an unrestricted free agent after the 2018-19 season. The Browns traded Cody Kessler to the Jags, and also signed Chase Daniels to a two year deal. They are setting themselves up to draft a Quarterback and groom him, instead of rushing him and throwing him on the field right away. Sam Darnold has a very strong arm, and had arguably one of the best pro days in NFL history.
The New York Giants have not had a good run game since the Ahmad Bradshaw, Brandon Jacobs era. Last season Rookie Wayne Gallman showed flashes, and they also signed Jonathan Stewart. the HC Pat Shurmur said he would like three backs that can do it all. They have two now here comes Barkley.
Rosen wants to be somewhere he can compete right away. Now NY is a weird situation because they paid Josh McCown $10M to come back and start for them, and also paid Teddy Bridgewater $15M to sit as a backup. For Rosen I think this would be a weird, awkward situation but to him it shouldn't matter he's gonna push whoever is in front of him and make them better.
Through the Off season the Browns signed several players to improve one of there weaker parts of the team in the Secondary, with the Likes of (Tj Carrie, EJ Gaines, and traded for Damarious Randall) adding Denzel Ward is an absolute must. The Browns don't have a real number one corner and Ward can be just that like Joe Haden for so many years with them. I believe Ward will have the same kind of year as Marshon Lattimore did a year ago.
The Broncos need another EDGE guy and that is what Bradley Chubb can do for them. Having Von Miller and Bradley Chubb with Shane Ray all rushing the Quarterback offensive lines are going to be terrified by this attack. There Pass rush has not been the same since DeMarcus Ware and Malik Jackson left.
Some would say this a bit of a reach for Edmunds, but if you look at the Colts needs, they desperately need a player like Tremaine. I have Bradley Chubb going one spot above Edmunds, so the Colts go to there back up plan, select the more versatile player.
Derwin James is just a complete player. Florida State used him so many ways, Linebacker, Corner, and Safety the kid played exceptionally well at each position. This is the kind of guy the Buccaneers need on that defense.
The Bears let Matt Slauson walk on to Indianapolis, which leaves a hole at the guard position. The Bears run game is a huge part of the offense in Chicago, and in order to keep Jordan Howard rolling they need another Guard and Nelson can help make holes. Also, Nelson is not just useful for the run game, he's great in the pass game too, which will be highly important so you can keep Trubisky healthy.
