Round 1

1. Browns: Sam Darnold, Quarterback, USC

It's the right thing to do, Cleveland. The DeShone Kizer experiment has gone sour quickly, and you don't seem to trust Cody Kessler for some reason.

2. Giants: Josh Allen, Quarterback, Wyoming

Leave him behind Eli for one or two years, and I think he can become an elite quarterback in this league.

3. Colts: Bradley Chubb, Defensive End, N.C. State

They need a good defense to support Andrew Luck and Frank Reich, and Chubb will team up nicely with Jabaal Sheard and company to make that happen.

4. Browns: Saquon Barkley, Running Back, Penn State

They need another explosive playmaker on offense. Crowell and Duke Johnson may decide to jump ship as well, making this a smart pick.

5. Broncos: Josh Rosen, Quarterback, UCLA

Well....the Trevor Siemian experiment went horribly, Brock Osweiler sure as hell aint the answer, and Paxton Lynch can't stay healthy. They are a quarterback away from being a contender.

6. Jets: Baker Mayfield, Quarterback, Oklahoma

They have got to get McCown back to let Mayfield develop behind him for one more year, but I can see Mayfield becoming elite. He is actually my favorite quarterback in this draft class.

7. Buccaneers: Minkah Fitzpatrick, Safety, Alabama

Tampa Bay, let's be honest. Your secondary needs desperate help. Vernon Hargreaves isn't developing. Brent Grimes is in his mid 30s. Minkah will fit right in.

8. Bears: Calvin Ridley, Wide Receiver, Alabama

Trubisky needs a target, and I feel like he will groom well with last year's number 2 overall pick. He also has Cameron Meredith to help him develop.

9. 49ers: Roquan Smith, Outside Linebacker, Georgia

Rueben Foster is absolutely fantastic. They need help at other linebacker spots though. Smith will slot right in there.

10. Raiders: Maurice Hurst, Defensive Tackle, Michigan

This team needs another presence on defense not named Khalil Mack. This pick supports Mack and gives the Raiders a more stout run defense.

11. Dolphins: Quenton Nelson, Offensive Guard, Notre Dame

I could argue them taking Lamar Jackson or Mason Rudolph here, but their O-line still needs drastic help.

12. Bengals: Orlando Brown, Offensive Tackle, Oklahoma

The Bengals O-line was an absolute disaster last year, and multiple players will leave through free agency. This is an obvious pick.

13. Redskins: Christian Kirk, Wide Receiver, Texas A&M

Well, Terrelle Pryor is likely gone. DeSean Jackson is gone. Pierre Garcon is gone. That will leave them with Crowder, Grant and Doctson. Kirk will likely start at reciever next year, and with Alex Smith throwing the ball, who knows what could happen.

14. Packers: Joshua Jackson, Cornerback, Iowa

This team's secondary needs drastic help. Jackson will help solve that problem. He will likely start from Day 1.

15. Cardinals: Lamar Jackson, Quarterback, Louisville

This is a given, given they have no quarterback under contract. Fitz will groom Jackson into a star.

16. Ravens: Courtland Sutton, Wide Receiver, SMU

They need a downfield threat not named Mike Wallace. Perriman isn't working. Jeremy Maclin has dissapeared. Flacco just needs another threat.
