Short Draft, won't do a lot of right ups until after combine

Round 1

Picks 1-16
1. Browns: Bradley Chubb, Defensive End, N.C. State

Sign Kirk Cousins. I don't think Denver can realistically swing Cousins and protect him and get guys to replace aging players.

A runningback at #1 is just a dumb move to me. Plus the strength of Clevelands OL in the guards and center. Barkley like to bounce to much to fit this offense. Also Crowell and Johnson have done fine. Just with no QB teams are going to stack the box, but both averaged over 4 yards a carry.

It's between Chubb and Fitpatrick, but I think the Colts need a pass rusher more and are more willing to pull the trigger on one than on a safety.

Chubb, Garrett, and Shelton will provide a good front. Also Coley played fair last season.

2. Giants: Baker Mayfield, Quarterback, Oklahoma

Yea, I know....wel, that's just like...your opinion man! I think Baker is the best quarterback in this draft. Rosen shoots his mouth to much and Darnold to me is WAY OVERHYPED for a guy that accomplished almost nothing in college. Also looking over a few of the Panthers old drafts, Gettelman seems to have a rapport with Oklahoma.

3. Jets: Sam Darnold, Quarterback, USC

TRADE!!!

I don't think the Jets promoting Jeremy Bates to OC and he also being the quaterbacks coach last year and also having spent time as a coach at USC are all one big coincidence.

4. Browns: Minkah Fitzpatrick, Safety, Alabama

(VIA HOU)

With Chubbs off the board and some options to fall to them at #6 I have the Colts trading back and leaving Fitzpatrick to the Browns. I think this is the perfect situation for the Browns. They get their QB and the two true best talents in this draft and don't reach for a QB or RB.

5. Broncos: Josh Allen, Quarterback, Wyoming

I just really think everytime Rosen opens his mouth he only hurts himself. And I think with Wyoming being closer to Denver weather than UCLA. I think the better pick is Allen and you give yourself what little bit of cap you have to plug your OL.

6. Colts: Saquon Barkley, Running Back, Penn State

(VIA NYJ)

You trade down three spots, get the guy you were probably going to get anyway and get another pick in the draft somewhere.

7. Buccaneers: Derwin James, Safety, Florida State

The Bucs D sucked last year and their Pass D was one of the worst. James just makes sense here. Love this dude.

8. Dolphins: Quenton Nelson, Offensive Guard, Notre Dame

TRADE!!!

The Dolphins stillllllll have issues on the OL, but they may need to jump the few spots to get over the 49ers to get Nelson.

10. Raiders: Tremaine Edmunds, Outside Linebacker, Virginia Tech

I am falling for Edmunds this guy reminds me of Mack when I watched him. A guy that's just everywhere with great speed.

11. Bears: Mike McGlinchey, Offensive Tackle, Notre Dame

(VIA MIA)

I mean...they signed his coach. Plus I don't like any of the WRs in this draft. Let lesser talent slide. All the recievers in this draft need to go late 1, early 2.

13. Bills: Josh Rosen, Quarterback, UCLA

TRADE!!!

This is a good place for BUF they need a QB and "the top QB" is sliding. If they didn't want Taylor, why would they want Jackson? And the 13th pick will not cost both 1st rounders.

14. Packers: Roquan Smith, Outside Linebacker, Georgia

they have Martinez, but for that 3-4 really need another guys. This is really a BPA pick.

15. Cardinals: Lamar Jackson, Quarterback, Louisville

With Wilks coming from CAR with Newton, maybe they try something similar.
