First rounder with projected trades

Round 1

Picks 1-16
1. Browns: Josh Allen, Quarterback, Wyoming

Brown's need to finally hit on a high pick QB. Drafting and developing the position has been a nightmare in Cleveland. Allen is a top prospect who already said he wouldn't mind Cleveland so that's a good start.

2. Giants: Saquon Barkley, Running Back, Penn State

The Giants could very well go with a QB here while they figure out what to do with Eli. With Shurmer here I think one of his 3 free agent QB's from Minnesota will follow, my prediction is Case Keenum. I think they will unload Manning to either Arizona or Denver

3. Buccaneers: Bradley Chubb, Defensive End, N.C. State

With the first trade of the draft. Indy and Josh McDaniels really wanted Barkley here. With him gone they find a partner who is in desperate need of an elite pass rusher.

4. Redskins: Josh Rosen, Quarterback, UCLA

The Redskins get happy feet and move ahead of both the Broncos and the Jets to grab the number 1 QB on there board after Cousins leaves for Jacksonville

5. Broncos: Quenton Nelson, Offensive Guard, Notre Dame

Broncos need a ready QB now after acquiring either Eli Manning or Blake Bottles they need to get better across the offensive line. Has been a major weakness for a few years now.

6. Jets: Sam Darnold, Quarterback, USC

If Rosen or Darnold are here they take a QB, I think they will consider Josh Allen. If all three of these guys are gone the will continue to build the defense and select Minkah Fitzpatrick. Thankfully Darnold is available.

7. Colts: Minkah Fitzpatrick, Safety, Alabama

After moving down the Colts grab a defensive back who I believe may play corner in the NFL. If they couldn't find a trade partner, Fitzpatrick would have been in the conversation at 3 so this is a good move.

8. Bears: Calvin Ridley, Wide Receiver, Alabama

Bears could go in a few different directions here, but getting Trubisky talented playmakers for year 2 has got to be the top Priority. Could also see Allen Robinson or Terrell Pryor coming VIA free agency.

9. 49ers: Derwin James, Safety, Florida State

With the possible loss of Eric Reid to free agency and a lot of offensive line depth in this draft I believe John Lynch gets the #1 safety in the class

10. Raiders: Roquan Smith, Outside Linebacker, Georgia

The Raiders need 3 new linebackers. The best one is available so it's a no brainer.

11. Dolphins: Joshua Jackson, Cornerback, Iowa

Tough decision here, but Miami needs to create more turnovers and could use to more cornerbacks. Jackson creates a lot of turnover oppurtunities.

12. Bengals: Mike McGlinchey, Offensive Tackle, Notre Dame

There was no protection for Dalton last year. Just not going win many football games if your losing in the trenches every week.

13. Browns: Orlando Brown, Offensive Tackle, Oklahoma

After moving down and acquiring another first rounder in 2019 (predicted) the Browns are going with an offensive tackle to start on the right side and possibly replace Big Joe Thomas when the time comes.

14. Packers: Tremaine Edmunds, Outside Linebacker, Virginia Tech

Green Bay has not been getting the production from there outside linebackers like there salaries say they should be. Clay Matthews or Nick Perry could be looking for a new home, maybe both of them.

15. Cardinals: Baker Mayfield, Quarterback, Oklahoma

Cardinals will sign a veteran for this year and maybe next, but the future needs to be addressed here.

16. Ravens: Courtland Sutton, Wide Receiver, SMU

With the disappointment of Breshad Perelman, the Ravens need to address wide receiver with an early pick once again this year.
