Round 1

1. Jets: Josh Rosen, Quarterback, UCLA

Rosen says he doesn't want to play for the Browns, Browns trade down, Jets move up and take their franchise QB.

2. Giants: Sam Darnold, Quarterback, USC

Whoever comes in as the Giants new regime will want their QB of the future. Regardless of if Eli is there for another year or not.

3. Colts: Bradley Chubb, Defensive End, N.C. State

Colts could go a few different ways here, do they take Barkley and hope Andrew Luck returns in 2018, giving them one of the best backfields in the league? I think they take the best pass russ option in this year's draft.

4. Browns: Saquon Barkley, Running Back, Penn State

Browns add the most dynamic playmaker in the draft, hopefully to help out whatever QB is playing.

5. Broncos: Josh Allen, Quarterback, Wyoming

I believe this is one of the best fits in the draft. The Broncos get their next franchise QB, could end up being the best QB in this draft.

6. Browns: Minkah Fitzpatrick, Safety, Alabama

Browns have an opportunity to add to their secondary, have to take the best players available with their top 2 round selections. Fitzpatrick is the best player here.

7. Buccaneers: Arden Key, Defensive End, LSU

Bucs need a pass rusher, Key would be a good fit here.

8. Bears: Mike McGlinchey, Offensive Tackle, Notre Dame

Chicago hopes Trubisky is their franchise QB, now they get a franchise tackle to protect him.

9. 49ers: Courtland Sutton, Wide Receiver, SMU

The 49ers' top offseason priority is locking up Jimmy G long term. Assuming that they do, it wouldn't be a bad idea to get a good playmaker here.

10. Raiders: Connor Williams, Offensive Tackle, Texas

Jon Gruden. Derek Carr. I think these too will have success together. Gruden will add a franchise tackle knowing that Donald Penn is nearing the end of his career.

11. Dolphins: Quenton Nelson, Offensive Guard, Notre Dame

Dolphins fill one of their biggest needs with the best OG available in the draft.

12. Bengals: Denzel Ward, Cornerback, Ohio State

Bengals can bolster their secondary here by taking one of the best players available at 12.

13. Redskins: Calvin Ridley, Wide Receiver, Alabama

I am of the opinion that the Redskins overpay and keep Kirk Cousins. They need to get him some targets to help him out.

14. Packers: Da'Ron Payne, Defensive Tackle, Alabama

The Packers need some help defensively, I think they'll bolster their interior Defensive Line with this pick.

15. Cardinals: Baker Mayfield, Quarterback, Oklahoma

Cardinals will add what they hope will be their future franchise QB as they look to replace Carson Palmer. I also think Alex Smith will play on a team other than the Chiefs next year and I can see the Cards being a good fit. Either way, Baker could develop under the veteran Smith if that is the case.

16. Ravens: Christian Kirk, Wide Receiver, Texas A&M

The Ravens will add the best WR available to help out Flacco.
