If you're wondering where Sam Darnold is, I have him staying at USC on more season.

Round 1

Picks 1-16
1. Browns: Lamar Jackson, Quarterback, Louisville

I can see the Browns going with a Mike Vick potential QB.

2. 49ers: Saquon Barkley, Running Back, Penn State

With Carlos Hyde likely to hit the FA, the 49ers will need a RB to pair up with Jimmy G.

3. Colts: Arden Key, Defensive End, LSU

Colts need a better defense. Period.

4. Giants: Mike McGlinchey, Offensive Tackle, Notre Dame

Although the Giants need a QB soon, I see them waiting until round 2, or waiting until the 2019 NFL draft to draft someone like Sam Darnold.

5. Cardinals: Josh Rosen, Quarterback, UCLA

Although Rosen has said some interesting things to the media, and although his teammates don't like him as a teammate, if there's one team that can clean up his act, it's the Cardinals. They will need to move on from Palmer, as he may retire anyways.

6. Jets: Da'Ron Payne, Defensive Tackle, Alabama

The Jets need a DT for the trenches, and many consider Payne to be the best. Since I have the Cardinals having the higher pick, we may see the Jets move up to draft a QB.

7. Buccaneers: Bradley Chubb, Defensive End, N.C. State

The Buccs need a DE, and Chubb could end up being a pro bowler in the NFL. He could help make the Buccs defense elite.

8. Bengals: Minkah Fitzpatrick, Safety, Alabama

The Bengals were very dumb to pass on Marshon Lattimore, who now looks like a potential Hall of Famer already, and they took the injury prone John Ross. They need a CB/S.

9. Chargers: Connor Williams, Offensive Tackle, Texas

The Chargers need an OT to pair up with newly drafted Forrest Lamp and the rest of their OL. Connor Williams looks like a potential Pro Bowler in the NFL.

10. Broncos: Roquan Smith, Outside Linebacker, Georgia

The Broncos have had a terrible time covering the TE position and pass catching RB's, so picking up Smith would help their defense.

11. Bears: Calvin Ridley, Wide Receiver, Alabama

The Bears need a WR for Mitch Trubisky, and Ridley could be the best in the draft.

12. Dolphins: Christian Wilkins, Defensive Tackle, Clemson

Although I would like Miami to draft Quenton Nelson from Notre Dame, I see them going with Wilkins to potentially have the best DL in football.

13. Packers: Clelin Ferrell, Defensive End, Clemson

The Packers need another DE badly.

14. Ravens: Josh Allen, Quarterback, Wyoming

I don't believe the Ravens are too happy to have Joe Flacco at QB. Don't be surprised if the Ravens make this surprising pick.

15. Raiders: Orlando Brown, Offensive Tackle, Oklahoma

Donald Penn could be heading to another team next season. And even if he stays, the Raiders need a tackle to make their OL unstoppable.

16. Redskins: Derwin James, Safety, Florida State

FINALLY Derwin James is drafted. Although I believe he will be drafted earlier than 16, the teams above needed other positions more than a safety. The Redskins don't even need a safety terribly bad, but he could definitely help their defense.
