Round 1

1. Jets: Sam Darnold, Quarterback, USC

Plain and simple the Jets need a quarterback before they can even think about winning.

2. 49ers: Josh Rosen, Quarterback, UCLA

The 49ers are a major threat to get Kirk Cousins, but saying Kirk decides to stay in Washington, the Niners should grab a solid signal caller.

3. Bears: Arden Key, Defensive End, LSU

Maybe the best overall prospect in the draft, the Bears wouldn't hesitate to grab Key.

4. Bills: Harold Landry, Defensive End, Boston College

The Bills have a load of needs to tend to before they can contend, so they'll take the best player available.

5. Browns: Tarvarus McFadden, Cornerback, Florida State

The Brown cut ties with Joe Haden, and CB is one of their biggest positions of need. (P.S. I am on the Deshone Kizer bandwagon already)

6. Jaguars: Christian Wilkins, Defensive Tackle, Clemson

I do believe the Jags need a new QB. But a big boy up front for the Jags would also be nice.

7. Colts: Mike McGlinchey, Offensive Tackle, Notre Dame

There's no doubt in my mind the Colts should go after a solid tackle with this pick, and that's what they got with McGlinchey.

8. Vikings: Connor Williams, Offensive Tackle, Texas

Back to back lineman go off the board as the Vikings fill their need for a tackle.

9. Redskins: Tyquan Lewis, Defensive End, Ohio State

The Redskins went front 7 with their first 2 picks last year, and now they top it off with a very talented Tyquan Lewis.

10. Bengals: Mason Rudolph, Quarterback, Oklahoma State

It was a tough choice between a Quarterback and a piece in the secondary for the Bengals but considering they scored 0 points this past week, I'm going with a great deep ball passer to team with speedy rookie John Ross.

11. Rams: Minkah Fitzpatrick, Safety, Alabama

The Rams grab a versatile defensive back here that can play both safety and corner.

12. Broncos: Calvin Ridley, Wide Receiver, Alabama

I don't think the Broncos are giving up on Paxton Lynch, so they'll grab an offensive weapon in Calvin Ridley.

13. Dolphins: Derwin James, Safety, Florida State

The Dolphins grab ultra versatile defender Derwin James to get a playmaker on the defensive side.

14. Panthers: Derrick Nnadi, Defensive Tackle, Florida State

The Panthers select a nose tackle to solidify their run defense.

15. Lions: Saquon Barkley, Running Back, Penn State

The Lions finally get a workhorse do-it-all running back that they can trust.

16. Ravens: Derrius Guice, Running Back, LSU

The Ravens went heavy defense in last years draft and it looked like it payed off. Now they get a solid running back to carry the load.
