The Browns could be tempted to take a QB, but they shouldn't pass on Garrett here, he can anchor their defensive line for the next decade.
Now value wise, this is a reach. But despite signing Brian Hoyer and Matt Barkley the 49ers need a QB. The best players on the board are both defensive ends, which would mean giving up on one of their previous two first round picks, Arik Armstead and DeForest Buckner. Kizer has been said as one of the biggest risers of the draft after an "amazing" pro day, and has definitely been working on what scouts identified as weaknesses.
The Bears signed Mike Glennon, so that leaves out a QB here presumably, Solomon Thomas or Jon Allen could be in play here, but the Bears defensive line has actually been pretty solid. Jamal Adams is a generational safety talent, he can do everything.
The Jags have some nice young DE's in Dante Fowler and Yannick Ngakoue, but Thomas' versatility would definitely help the young Jags defense.
It's no secret the Titans are looking for an upgrade at WR after attempting to trade for Brandin Cooks. Mike Williams, whom would of been a first round pick last year had he not got injured, would help Mariota take the next step.
With Revis island officially out of town for good, it's time for the Jets' to look for their next shut down corner. Lattimore, although only a one year starter has elite athleticism and cover skills.
Had he not got injured, I probably would of had Hooker going to Chicago at 3. His ball skills are like something that the scouting world hasn't seen since Ed Reed, pretty high praise for a one year starter.
Even though they extended Jonathan Stewart, don't count out Fournette here, he's a generational RB prospect and would he would help the offense get back to where it needs to be.
Even though Foster got kicked out of the combine, he should still be a top 10 pick, and the Bengals, although they signed Kevin Minter, are looking for a true stud at MLB after releasing longtime starter Rey Maualuga.
According to a source, the Bills might be "all in" on Howard. A lot of scouts say that Howard is the best TE prospect they've seen in over a decade.
The Saints are in desperate need of an edge rusher to help out Cam Jordan, and Barnett is one of the most productive ones to come out of the SEC in years.
The Browns are able to nab the #1 player overall at 1, and whom many think the #1 QB is at 12. Trubisky would hope to finally be the Brown's franchise QB they've long been awaiting, he has all the tools to do it.
On the field, Allen is a top 5 pick, but his shoulders cause for major concerns for his long term durability, and after losing Calais Campbell, you'd have to think the Cardinals will look for a replacement at DE.
Wilson was overshadowed by teammate Teez Tabor for much of the preseason, but as the season went on scouts began to notice that Wilson may be better then the more hyped Tabor, and the Eagles need an upgrade in the secondary.
There has been some questions rising up about Dalvin Cook as of late, but I still think he will be a first round pick. The Jamaal Charles comparisons are accurate, as Cook has the ability to not only kill defenses on the ground, but through the air.
After losing Rick Wagner to free agency, the Ravens will need to find a replacement, although not a great value pick here, it's not terrible.
