Round 1

1. Browns: Myles Garrett, Defensive End, Texas A&M

This is the consensus number one pick and should come at no surprise. The Browns need a playmaker on defence desperately and Garrett looks to be a generational talent.

2. 49ers: Solomon Thomas, Defensive End, Stanford

I've struggled with this pick a lot, since getting a QB would be a reach and many positions on this roster are upgradable. I believe one of their more pressing needs is someone to pair up with Armstead and Buckner.

3. Bears: Jamal Adams, Safety, LSU

The Bears have a ton of needs, and it's important for them to be smart when drafting, since there's so many great talents as well as human question marks to choose from. Adams is a phenomenal player who'll add a lot to this young secondary.

4. Jaguars: Leonard Fournette, Running Back, LSU

The Jaguars don't have a number one back, period. Ivory is dreadful and Yeldon has been disappointing. Bring in Fournette and their running game breathes new life.

5. Titans: Solomon Thomas, Defensive End, Stanford

The Titans will look to build onto their defensive line. Jurell Casey proves to be one of the most underrated players in the league but gets little help from his teammates to create pressure. Thomas has the versatility to play all along the defensive line.

6. Jets: Marshon Lattimore, Cornerback, Ohio State

It would be hard to pass up on this guy. The Jets may have gotten Morris Claiborne, but it won't be enough. Lattimore has the potential to become a #1 corner.

7. Chargers: Mitch Trubisky, Quarterback, North Carolina

Ok, let me explain.
Phillip Rivers is getting older, and with the great situation New England is in right now, I could see a team like the Chargers taking a page out of the textbook and picking up someone now and develop him for when Rivers retires.

8. Saints: Malik Hooker, Safety, Ohio State

The Saints will look at the fall of Malik Hooker and jump at the chance to get him. With Jairus Byrd gone, they'll need someone to fill his void.

9. Bengals: Ryan Ramcyzk, Offensive Tackle, Wisconsin

Andrew Whitworth is gone, so they'll need someone to anchor the left side for the next decade. I don't think that Marvin Lewis has faith in Cedric Ogbuehi, so don't be surprised by this pick.

10. Bills: Reuben Foster, Inside Linebacker, Alabama

The Bills might lose Zach Brown to free agency, and they need someone to anchor the middle for years to come. Also, this can become a reunion for Foster and Reggie Ragland.

11. Panthers: Derek Barnett, Defensive End, Tennessee

The Panthers will get some picks for this trade. They signed Julius Peppers and traded Kony Ealy, so they're now old at that position. Barnett will become the future pass rusher of this team.

12. Browns: O.J. Howard, Tight End, Alabama

Whoever ends up playing QB for the Browns will need a legitimate red zone threat. Howard is as talented as they come.

13. Cardinals: Mike Williams, Wide Receiver, Clemson

Larry Fitzgerald is soon to retire and with Michael Floyd being released, this team is lacking for weapons. Could we see Larry's replacement?

14. Eagles: Dalvin Cook, Running Back, Florida State

The Eagles are in desperate need of a running game, and Cook could become the future alongside Carson Wentz.

15. Colts: Marlon Humphrey, Cornerback, Alabama

The Colts need someone opposite Vontae Davis to make a good CB tandem. They could really get anyone on defence, though.

16. Ravens: John Ross, Wide Receiver, Washington

Steve Smith will be missed on this roster, since this receiving corps is sub par without him. With Ross running a blazing 4.22, he'll be a steal at pick 16.
