Round 1

1. Browns: Myles Garrett, Defensive End, Texas A&M

As much as I would love it if the Cowboys did what Garrett joked about and trade up to get him, that won't happen, and it would be frightening to see how much they'd need to give away for him. This pick makes sense whether the Browns grab a QB in Free Agency, or not. That being said, I would not be surprised if there is a trade-up situation for Trubisky (Bears, Jets, Bills) or Garrett (Bengals, Chargers) as the Browns have been known to pull the trigger on draft pick trades, as of recent. That would be a great move for them. In the meantime, Myles is this mock's #1 pick.

WF Team Needs: QB, C, S, CB, RT, WR, DE, P
Possibilities:
QB - Kizer / Trubisky
DE - Barnett / Thomas
Trade

2. 49ers: DeShone Kizer, Quarterback, Notre Dame

Provided there is no trade-up to the #1 for him, the 49ers will be more than happy to upgrade the QB position. They could stand to upgrade elsewhere, but at this point, they need to find a new leader. Kizer is that. It has been talked about that the 49ers will be bringing in a QB via free agency. COUGH COUGH KIRK COUGH. If and when that happens, this pick will be updated.

WF Team Needs: QB, WR, OL, DL, LB, CB, RB, K
Other Possibilities:
QB - Trubisky
DE - Garrett / Barnett / Thomas
DT - Allen

3. Bears: Mitch Trubisky, Quarterback, North Carolina

They might reach for Mitch, and it seems more possible given the rumors of Chicago's interest in him, but by the time the NFL Draft ensues, I would imagine Chicago has already made a splash to find a QB. In that case, this pick will likely change. Given the rumors that Schaub and Hoyer are actually being considered for the job, they might need to draft a QB here regardless.

Pick Change: Jonathan Allen, DT

WF Team Needs: QB, OT, WR, DE, CB, TE, K, P
Other Possibilities:
QB - Kizer / Trubisky
DE - Garrett / Barnett / Thomas
OT - Robinson
S - Adams

4. Jaguars: Jonathan Allen, Defensive Tackle, Alabama

It seems that Jacksonville is still touting Bortles, as the GM (Dave Kaldwell) has recently said the Jags could win a Super Bowl with Blake. I'm concerned they'll need a new GM, but I'm not sure if JAX is willing to make that decision at this point. Bortles has proven he's not mentally willing to devote himself to the game, and that is a huge red flag. The organization must believe they can cause a mental shift of priorities within Bortles. There is a chance a trade is made, in which Trubisky or Fournette will likely be the beneficiary, but, for now, The Jaguars would do well by selecting Allen, the best player available.

Pick Change: Derek Barnett, DE

WF Team Needs: QB, OL, DL, S, RB, TE, CB, P
Other Possibilities:
OT - Robinson
QB - Kizer / Trubisky
RB - Fournette
DE - Thomas / Barnett
S - Adams

5. Titans: Solomon Thomas, Defensive End, Stanford

Goodbye Hooker, who had two surgeries (out 4-6 months). Hello, very much needed pressure on the QB. I honestly would not be surprised if Barnett ends up above Soloman Thomas, however, and it will be interesting to see how they perform in the combine. The Titans have the makings to being a consistent contender if they ace this draft, so it'll be interesting to see how they approach it.

WF Team Needs: CB, S, DE, WR, OL, QB, LB
Other Possibilities:
DE - Barnett
S - Adams
Trade

6. Jets: Leonard Fournette, Running Back, LSU

I couldn't believe it when I saw it, but, apparently the Jets are showing some confidence in Christian Hackenberg, who they say has developed nicely. If they truly believe that he can be the signal caller for this team, they will likely select Leonard Fournette, the next-best offensive weapon. Let's back-track for a moment: Hackenburg. How crazy would it be if that actually worked out well? The Jets have taken a lot of crap for selecting him, and honestly, the whole Jets organization would deserve a lot of vindication.

WF Team Needs: QB, OT, CB, DL, S, LB, RB, TE, P
Other Possibilities:
OT - Robinson
QB - Kizer / Trubisky
DE - Barnett / Thomas
WR - Mike Williams

7. Chargers: Jamal Adams, Strong Safety, LSU

I had a debate within myself about which safety landed where, and after the Hooker surgeries, I can't see Adams getting past the San Angeles Chargers here. While many think Adams may be a beneficiary of the Hooker surgeries, this is actually the same spot I've had him slotted into the entire time, as there really much room for him to move up in the first place. Maybe they should draft a fanbase.

WF Team Needs: OL, LB, S, CB, QB, RB, P
Other Possibilities:
OT - Robinson
CB - Humphrey
LB - Foster

8. Panthers: Cam Robinson, Offensive Tackle, Alabama

The Panthers could stand to upgrade at edge-rush/cornerback, but protecting QB Cam Newton was a subject of talk throughout the year, and for a reason. Newton was taking nasty hits constantly, courtesy of his screen-door of an offensive line. It would be hard to pass on Cam Robinson, the draft's best lineman, at #8, as he could instantly start at LT. When Cam Newton starts complaining about getting hit, that's a red flag. Obvious Cam-Cam reference: here.

WF Team Needs: OT, CB, DL, S, WR, RB
Other Possibilities:
CB - Humphrey
DE - Barnett / Thomas
S - Adams

9. Bengals: Derek Barnett, Defensive End, Tennessee

Exactly what the Bengals need: to pressure the QB. They would love for Garrett, Allen, or Thomas to fall to them, but that just doesn't happen this time. The next best option is Barnett, at DE. SURPRISE! He doesn't seem to have any off the field issues. He might have a hard time fitting in with the criminal team that is the Bengals.

Pick Change: Reuben Foster, ILB

WF Team Needs: DE, S, WR, OL, CB, RB, DT, QB, K
Other Possibilities:
CB - Humphrey
DE - Thomas
LB - Foster
RB - Cook
OT - Robinson

10. Bills: Mike Williams, Wide Receiver, Clemson

The Bills still have Taylor on the roster, and Buffalo hired an offensive coordinator who has worked with him in the past. That being said, it is more than possible that the Bills will grab a new QB, given the amount of attention has been paid to the Bills-Tyrod situation these past few month. However, Trubisky isn't going to fall to them, so Williams seems like a good choice. I don't believe in Watkins' ability to walk down a staircase without hurting himself, and they don't have any depth at WR, anyway.

Change: Mitch Trubisky, QB

WF Team Needs: QB, WR, RT, S, CB, LB, DL, K
Other Possibilities:
QB - Mahomes / Watson
CB - Humphrey / Lattimore
OT- Robinson
WR- Williams
Trade

11. Saints: Marshon Lattimore, Cornerback, Ohio State

The Saints have too many issues on defense, and cornerback is definitely a need to address. The Saints may very well have the worst front seven in the league, outside of the Browns. Lattimore won't fix that, but he can definitely help take some of the pressure off them. Much of the New Orleans defense was not appealing in any manner last year, they were awful.

Pick Change: Reuben Foster, LB

WF Team Needs: LB, DL, CB, OG, TE, QB, RB
Other Possibilities:
CB - Humphrey / Lattimore
RB - Cook
Trade

12. Browns: Marlon Humphrey, Cornerback, Alabama

They might choose Mahomes or Watson here, and either choice would be an excellent decision, unless they splash for a QB prior to the Draft. However, CB also is necessary, and Humphrey takes a fall to them, conveniently.

WF Team Needs: QB, C, S, CB, RT, WR, DE, P
Other Possibilities:
QB - Mahomes / Trubisky
CB - Humphrey / Lattimore
RB - Cook
Trade

13. Cardinals: Reuben Foster, Inside Linebacker, Alabama

They didn't get Williams, who was reached for, but apparently Fitzgerald wants to play another season, so it's a chance the Cards wouldn't snag Williams, anyway. They struggled against the Pass D last year, making Lattimore a good choice. I actually feel pretty bad for the Cardinals: Carson Palmer also said he would play another year.

Change: Marshon Lattimore, CB

WF Team Needs: QB, CB, LB, OL, DE, WR, P
Other Possibilities:
QB - Mahomes / Watson
WR - Williams
DE - Wormley
ILB - Foster
CB - Wilson
Trade

14. Colts: Dalvin Cook, Running Back, Florida State

Somebody was saying that the Colts wouldn't take Cook because they still had Frank Gore. Although Gore has been healthy the last 5 seasons, he hasn't managed 70 YPG in 3 seasons, and 4.0 YPA in 2 seasons. They need to replace him. Cook has had a hard time in interviews, and has had off-the-field issues, which is why he falls this far. That said, Dalvin Cook is going to succeed next to Andrew Luck, and the Colts must pull the trigger on Cook, if they get the chance to. What happened to the Colts?

WF Team Needs: RT, LB, OG, CB, DE, RB, S, QB, WR, P
Other Possibilities:
LB - Foster
CB - Lattimore / Wilson
DE - Wormley

15. Eagles: Corey Davis, Wide Receiver, Western Michigan

The Eagles did surprisingly well for a team that Chip Kelly had ravaged from within just a few seasons ago, they seemed to get out with minimal damage. Although the Eagles miss out on Mike Williams, but Corey Davis is still available. Fits a need for them, and is the best player available at the time, which makes him a good pick.

Change: Quincy WIlson, CB

WF Team Needs: WR, CB, RB, OL, DT, K
Possibilities:
CB - Lattimore / Jackson
WR - Williams / Davis
DE - Wormley
OT - Bolles
RB - Cook

16. Ravens: Christian McCaffrey, Running Back, Stanford

Baltimore really needs a RB/WR to revitalize this aging crew. They likely know it's a reach, but with potential suitors in the Titans/Buccaneers, they are forced into pulling this trigger at #16. This actually seems like a good trade-down situation for the Ravens, who could capitalize on a QB-hungry team for some extra picks, as I anticipate that the Redskins, Giants, Texans, and maybe even the Dolphins could all be looking for one.

Change: Corey Davis, WR

WF Team Needs: DL, WR, LB, CB, OL, RB, FB, QB
Possibilities:
DE - Charlton
WR - Davis
DT - Brantley
CB - Jackson / Wilson
