Round 1

1. Browns: Myles Garrett, Defensive End, Texas A&M

Cleveland has reached on too many QBs with their first pick and Garrett may be one of the most impressive draft prospect physically since Clowney. CLE has a later 1st round pick and can pick up a QB.

2. 49ers: Deshaun Watson, Quarterback, Clemson

Kizer and Watson are a toss up as the first QB taken in my opinion. I just think Watson seems more fit of a QB that Chip Kelly likes to use such as Marcus Mariota.

3. Jaguars: Leonard Fournette, Running Back, LSU

The Jags are a mess everywhere. The offense looked promising but has yet to create the kind of production expected. It has been awhile since the Jaguars have stuck fear in their opponents eyes and drafting Fournette can add an instant spark to a depressing franchise.

4. Jets: DeShone Kizer, Quarterback, Notre Dame

The Jets seem to be a franchise that just cant seem to rebuild. They need to get rid of Fitz and maybe trade Decker or Marshall for some young pieces to place on the roster. Kizer is a guy who can make all of the throws and facilitate an offense to produce at an AllPro level.

5. Bears: Mitch Trubisky, Quarterback, North Carolina

Ahhh the downfall of Jay Cutler? Yes. Very much so. Look, what has he accomplished in his years in CHI? An NFC Championship appearance half a decade ago? Get rid of Cutler or trade him for ANYTHING. Mitch Trubisky has been soaring up the draft boards after his excellent play so far this season.

6. Saints: Jabrill Peppers, Safety, Michigan

Do I think Peppers is overhyped by the media? Yes. Can the kid play ball? YES. The Saints have been the best looking bad team so far this season and frankly I dont know what the Saints will take in the 1st.

7. Colts: Tim Williams, Defensive End, Alabama

Yet another disappointing year from Indy. They need a pash rush. Turn on the film of Tim Williams. That explains my pick. Youre welcome.

8. Buccaneers: Jonathan Allen, Defensive Tackle, Alabama

Pair Allen up with G McCoy and that is a scary sight for opposing offenses in the NFC South.

9. Lions: Dalvin Cook, Running Back, Florida State

Matt Stafford is having an outstanding year thus far even without Megatron. Imagine what he could do with a solid backfield. Dalvin Cook is even more explosive than Fournette. Theo Riddick is not the answer. Trade him for ANYTHING. Keep Abdullah and let him run alongside the Seminole.

10. Dolphins: Marlon Humphrey, Cornerback, Alabama

Humphrey has played well but certainly not top 2 well like he is being mocked elsewhere. Dolphins have just looked silly in the secondary this year. They had an obvious need at CB but ignored it and took an offensive lineman.

11. Titans: Jamal Adams, Safety, LSU

(Pick via LA)
Add a ballhawking DB to a struggling defense. Drawing comparisons to Tyrann Mathieu

12. Bills: Cam Robinson, Offensive Tackle, Alabama

Tyrod Taylor seems to be the plan for BUF moving forward. The problem with having a mobile QB is the constant possibility of injury. Robinson is very high on my board but off the field issues makes Laremy Tunsil look like a boy scout.

13. Titans: Isaiah Ford, Wide Receiver, Virginia Tech

Weak WR core in Nashville for sure. Ford has amazing hands and reminds me a lot of Michael Crabtree coming out of college.

14. Chargers: Jalen Tabor, Cornerback, Florida

A lot later than Tabor would want to be drafted but that is just the craziness of pro sports. He has great man coverage and solid hands. Very similar to Florida counterpart Joe Haden.

15. Ravens: Malik McDowell, Defensive Tackle, Michigan State

Who remembers when BAL had a scary defense with Ngata, Suggs, Ed Reed and Ray Lewis? They need to add a piece up front to plug the run.

16. Redskins: Reuben Foster, Inside Linebacker, Alabama

Middle of the pack team trying to make it back to the top. Foster can help anchor a defense that seems to be distant from each other.
