Round 1

27. Patriots: Nick Chubb, Running Back, Georgia

Another possible surprise, but the committee situation in New England doesn't suit the offensive scheme, much like the situation in Cleveland. We will see how the running game does during Tom Brady's four-game suspension, but I personally feel as though the offense will substantially lack power without Tom Brady's arm. The Patriots will have to rely on the ground game, which I don't believe will carry them far through the first four weeks.

29. Broncos: Cooper Kupp, Wide Receiver, Eastern Washington

The last large surprise of the first round, but Cooper Kupp is a master of his craft, hauling in over 100 receptions and 1000 yards through each of his first three seasons. Because his masterful performances have come with college quarterbacks, I feel as though Cooper can build a repoire with the young Paxton Lynch. Pairing Kupp with Demaryius Thomas will likely create a magnificent receiving corps in Denver.
