Steve Kerr - doesn't he have the most 3 pt Championships at the All-Star game?
This is a complete joke.
Kerr was a career 45% 3PT shooter. Allen is a career 40% shooter. A bunch of kids who have never seen Kerr play - it is Kerr by a mile.

My ranking (and this includes the purest shooter, not just the best shooter):
Ray Allen
Reggie Miller
Jason Kapono
Steve Kerr
Larry Bird

How can anyone say Ray Allen is a more clutch 3PT shooter than Steve Kerr? Kerr was a huge reason for MJ's last 3 rings. He came in and just stroked it off the bench.

There's not arguing that. But because MJ was such a threat, Kerr found himself wide open half the time.
Allen is a guy that can create his own 3pt shot.
