EDIT: From what I've seen, They seems to have pretty even arms. But I didn't have time to look at so many videos.
Matt says Jake Locker (96 mph fastball, MLB pitching prospect) has average arm strength while he said Andre Woodson had great arm strength. What sayeth you WF community?

I say Locker does though.
Guys Woodsen is going to be the best QB ever. Everyone is going to regret passing on him in the 1st (and 2nd, and 3rd, and 4th, and 5th) round!!!!!!!!!!!! He has elite arm strength, phenomenal intangibles, great accuracy, and unreal poise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Also the Giants should have drafted him with pick 199 instead of 198 (they had both). Maybe he would have gotten the blessing of Tom Brady.
