  • 76. Bilal Powell, (RB No. 31) RB, Jets. Bye: 11.

  • 77. DeVante Parker, (WR No. 32) WR, Dolphins. Bye: 8.

  • 78. Dak Prescott, (QB No. 9) QB, Cowboys. Bye: 7.

Prescott looked mildly rotten at times with Ezekiel Elliott suspended, but hopefully, that stretch will push Dallas to upgrade its passing game, while Elliott will be back to start the 2018 season. I expect Prescott returns to his consistent and efficient self with Elliott back in the mix.

  • 79. Tarik Cohen, (RB No. 32) RB, Bears. Bye: 9.

  • 80. Ben Roethlisberger, (QB No. 10) QB, Steelers. Bye: 8.

If we could ink in Roethlisberger's second-half numbers from 2017, he would be a top-five quarterback, but he does go into slumps like he had to start last season and his road numbers will likely always be a bit of a letdown from his home numbers.

  • 81. Robert Woods, (WR No. 33) WR, Rams. Bye: 8.

  • 82. Jimmy Graham, (TE No. 7) TE, Seahawks. Bye: 5.

Graham is likely to move on to a new team, and a lot will depend on that team, but I also think he'll be used all across the field instead of just in the red zone for whatever team he lands.

  • 83. Kirk Cousins, (QB No. 11) QB, Redskins. Bye: 9.

Much depends on where Cousins lands in free agency. I'm guessing he'll be in Denver, which has two good receivers and a team set up to win with a competent quarterback like Cousins. He would likely be in my third tier and make for a strong pick if he goes Mile High.

  • 84. Pierre Garcon, (WR No. 34) WR, 49ers. Bye: 8.

  • 85. Robby Anderson, (WR No. 35) WR, Jets. Bye: 11.

  • 86. C.J. Anderson, (RB No. 33) RB, Broncos. Bye: 11.

  • 87. Hunter Henry, (TE No. 8) TE, Chargers. Bye: 11.

Henry's usage last season was odd, but he did see an increase in work and production at the end of the season, right before he had his kidney lacerated. He has the ability to be a top tight end with a larger work load, and hopefully, the Chargers will get him the snaps he deserves.

  • 88. Marlon Mack, (RB No. 34) RB, Colts. Bye: 10.

  • 89. Julian Edelman, (WR No. 36) WR, Patriots. Bye: 9.

  • 90. Jamison Crowder, (WR No. 37) WR, Redskins. Bye: 9.
