So, you would rather have the THIRD running back of the Cowboys (Murray) over Mike Thomas, a #1 WR? Indeed ...

@Jake. Do you think the Browns had a good passing attack last year and teams were respecting Jake Delhomme and Colt McCoy? No way. Hillis will probably lose a few carries but I don't think he deserves a 24 ranking at running back either.
Watch out for Stafford. He is at #82 and if he can stay healthy he will have a gigantic year! I would select him over Tebow and Eli Manning for sure. There are tons of weapons around him now and his O-Line did OK last year. Still not confident he can stay healthy with Jeff Sackus at left tackle and Raiola at center.

@What??

Charles is now ahead of Gore, but Gore could easily end up being a top-3 RB this year. That injury last year was a fluke, and isn't the type of thing that'll linger or limit his explosion this year.

People forget that Gore was borderline dominant last year before getting hurt, despite the fact that he had 2 rookies on his offensive line and the worst coach in the league. If Harbaugh can improve their offense even marginally, Gore should be a lock for 1500 total yards (not to mention more TD's) even if he does miss a few games.

Kinda reminds me of S-Jax, who had the injury-prone label, but then started somethin like 30 of his last 32 games as an almost-30-year-old RB.

@Adam, it's not that hard to figure out. Stewart is gonna be forced to carry an offense that, without Smith, might be even worse than last year. Whether it's Claussen or Newton under center, they won't play a single team that'll respect the pass.

Some other factors:
--they could still re-sign DeAngelo Williams
--new coach + lockout-shortened offseason = growing pains, lack of cohesion on offense
--toughest division in football
--how much are they gonna run after consistently being down 20-3 at halftime?

Hillis=Not that freakin good. The Browns don't have an elite passing game. What do you idiots think teams are going to do? Be in nickle all game? Hardesty is going to take carries away from Hillis as it is, or does anyone here know how Fantasy Football works?

Peyton Hillis as the 24th best RB - really? Behind J. Best and K. Moreno?

How is gore higher than white, Charles, Jackson, and forte? Gore is always injured. Plus all of those players behind gore benifited from a pick in the draft. Change this walt.

-also your bye weeks are all messed up

As someone who probably does as much or more research than sites like this one, I respectfully disagree with quite a few of the rankings.

Where's the QB in Arizona? Larry Fitz is nothing without one. 22 is waaaaaaay too high. You'd have to be on drugs to spend a low third round pick on him. It's obvious they're going to get one, but #22? He's not #22 if it's Vince Young.. or Tavaris Jackson.

Peyton Hillis at #66?? If anything, Montario Hardesty will complement his play and give him time to breathe. He carried an entire team in every game he played. At that pace, I would have worn down well before that.. 144 yards or so against the Ravens! I mean, come on.. Montario isn't taking over anything.

The Cowboys are a mess. I'd take Mike Williams (TB) over the overly hyped Dez Bryant and Miles Austin in a heartbeat.

I really don't like Michael Vick, but he warrants a top 10 pick.

Lastly, how do you figure Ryan Matthews at #28? You wrote an entire article about players to avoid and detailed while Peyton Hillis would be a bad choice because he wore down from an excessive snap count, but Matthews is still worth a third round pick when he couldn't even manage to stay healthy enough to play?
