2024 NFL Mock Draft: Round 2

The Panthers don’t have any speed at receiver. They need some players at the position who can separate.

It almost doesn’t matter who’s at quarterback; the Patriots need to improve their dreadful receiving corps.

Cam Hart is a big cornerback who limited Marvin Harrison Jr.

The Chargers have great edge talent, but they could stand to improve the interior of their defensive line.

Braden Fiske is a quick, athletic interior pass rusher.

Excluding Calvin Ridley, the Titans don’t have much at receiver outside of Treylon Burks as a long-term replacement for DeAndre Hopkins.

Xavier Legette has been a rising prospect. He is a massive receiver and has good speed for his size.

The Panthers lost Donte Jackson in the Diontae Johnson trade, so here’s a replacement at cornerback.

Ennis Rakestraw is a versatile defensive back with quality size.

Pick change; previously Chau Smith-Wade, CB

Jahan Dotson had a disappointing second season, while Curtis Samuel is gone. The Redskins will have to consider adding a receiver in the second round.

Keon Coleman is a massive receiver with quickness and good ball skills.

The Packers could stand to add another front-seven player to help defeat the Lions and their great offensive line.

Chris Braswell has huge upside as someone who has rotated with other talented edge rushers at Alabama.

The Texans lost some interior defensive line talent this offseason, so they’ll have to find replacements early in the 2024 NFL Draft.

Like his father, Kris Jenkins Jr. is a disruptive interior presence.

The Falcons have nothing at receiver outside of Drake London and Darnell Mooney, if you can count him.

Jermaine Burton didn’t produce at Georgia, but bad quarterback play hurt him.

The Raiders really wanted Paris Johnson in the 2023 NFL Draft, but the Cardinals sniped him off the board via trade. Here’s another tackle.

Kingsley Suamatia has amazing athleticism for a tackle of his size.

The Saints struggled at cornerback across from Marshon Lattimore, so the position could be addressed soon.

Johnny Dixon is a very quick and instinctive cornerback.

There are rumors the Colts could trade for A.J. Brown. If they don’t get a deal done, they may spend an early pick on a receiver.

Troy Franklin has great size and the ability to be an underneath receiver.

The Giants lost Leonard Williams at the trade deadline last year, so here’s a replacement.

Darius Robinson is versatile enough to play in the 3-4 or 4-3. He was an effective pass rusher at Missouri.

The Jaguars don’t have much talent at linebacker, so they could address the position in the second round.

Payton Wilson has had mixed evaluations. He flew all over the field for N.C. State.

The Bengals have a weak secondary. They need to upgrade this area because they’re getting shredded every week.

Kamren Kinchens has great instincts and ball skills.

The Eagles have two stud receivers, but nothing beyond them. They need a better third wideout.

Ladd McConkey projects as a gritty slot receiver at the next level.

Diontae Johnson is gone, so the Steelers will need to find a new receiver.

Malachi Corley lacks height, but is a thickly built receiver.

The Rams are poor versus tight ends, so they can stand to get better over the middle of the field.

Edgerrin Cooper is an explosive linebacker with huge upside.

The Eagles had horrific play from their cornerbacks this year. They’ll need to address the position on multiple occasions this offseason.

Kamari Lassiter has the upside to be a cover cornerback in the NFL.

Za’Darius Smith is just a short-term solution across from Myles Garrett.

Jonah Elliss had a tremendous ’23 season rushing the passer. He’s undersized, so he’ll be a rotational edge player.

Here’s another offensive lineman for the Dolphins, who need to continue to bolster their poor pass protection.

Julian Pearl is a versatile, athletic blocker.

Tony Pollard was a huge bust, so the Cowboys will be looking for a new running back.

Trey Benson is a tough downhill runner who showed off unexpected athleticism at the combine.

The Buccaneers were weak to the pass last year, and things can only get worse with Carlton Davis gone.

Javon Bullard is a safety or a nickel cornerback who projects similarly to Chauncey Gardner-Johnson.

The Packers have issues at safety that they needed to address earlier.

Cole Bishop makes plays all over the field.

The Texans could stand to add defensive back help to allow them to defend Jacksonville’s talented receivers. .

Tyler Nubin is a big safety who is physical and instinctive.

Michael Hall Jr. is a bit light, but he is incredibly fast off the ball and has great playmaking ability.

The Lions have a great offensive line, but they lost Jonah Jackson to free agency.

Layden Robinson isn’t very athletic, but he’s a violent blocker who has impressed this season.

The Ravens could use another receiver with Odell Beckham Jr. being a short-term option.

Ja’Lynn Polk has a nice blend of size, speed, and route-running ability.

The 49ers lost some pass rushers this offseason, so here’s a new one.

Marshawn Kneeland wasn’t overly productive at Western Michigan, but looked good at the Senior Bowl.

Andy Reid loves bolstering the offensive line, so he could do that on multiple occasions early on during the 2024 NFL Draft.

Cooper Beebe is excellent in pass protecion.
