He will definitely get in the HOF someday... but no way he is 1st ballot. How many 1st ballot Hall of Fame WRs have there been in recent memory besides Jerry Rice? I can't think of any.

This isn't even debatable. Even IF he was the worst locker room guy of all-time (and I think that's very overrated), he still drew a double team every Sunday and still was the most dominant receiver in football for most of a decade (sorry Randy Moss). The balls he showed by coming back in less than a month from a broken leg to have a monster game in the Superbowl should not be overlooked, either.

Dude was a gamer.

TO is an odd case, on stats he is a hands down HOFer. However, even with his outstanding abilities this clown has been a poison to every team he's played. The HOF voters will still vote him in because they are idiots.

But I think Brandon Marshall broke his single game reception record

I actually think his antics make him more likely to be a first-ballot in. Besides the statistical production, T.O. has been a household name and has had some unforgettable moments on and off the field.

* 2nd all time receiving yards
* 2nd all time receiving TDs
* 5th all time receptions
* Single game reception record
* Only player in NFL history to score 2 TDs against all 32 NFL teams
* 6 Pro bowls in 14 years
* Productive receiver into his 30s
* A knack for showmanship that, regardless of how you felt about it, made him a star, and had the talent to back it up.

Easy first ballot, what more do you need? He may be an outrageous character, but the stats don't lie.
