Kansas at Kansas State
Line: Kansas State by 24.
Saturday, 12:00 p.m.
As a disclaimer, don't go nuts with my college football picks. I'm much better at picking NFL games (at least I used to be); I'm just doing these upon request. Follow @walterfootball for updates.
Kansas stinks. They've lost to Rice and Northern Illinois. The Jayhawks' sole victory was against 1-AA South Dakota State in which they failed to cover the spread. Kansas State is coming off a bye and should be focused on destroying its arch rival. Oh, and by the way, the Wildcats have defeated Kansas in their previous two meetings by a combined 90 points.
College Football Pick: Kansas State -24 (3 Units) -- Correct; +$300
Illinois at Wisconsin
Line: Wisconsin by 14.
Saturday, 3:30 p.m.
Want to know why the Badgers are 1-4 against the spread this year? It's because they stink, yet they keep getting respect because they're "Wisconsin." Illinois sucks too, but the Badgers will be super flat coming off that Nebraska loss.
College Football Pick: Illinois +14 (1 Unit) -- Incorrect; -$110
LSU at Florida
Line: LSU by 2.5.
Saturday, 3:30 p.m.
Does anyone else think that LSU is a bit of a fraud? They've had issues with Auburn and Towson in back-to-back weeks. Florida, meanwhile, has done nothing but take care of business. It seems like the better team is getting points at home.
College Football Pick: Florida +2.5 (2 Units) -- Correct; +$200
Washington State at Oregon State
Line: Oregon State by 16.
Saturday, 6:00 p.m.
Oregon State won its first three games as an underdog, but now it's favored, which is an unfamiliar role for the team. Washington State kept things close with Oregon, so it should be able to cover the number against the Beavers.
College Football Pick: Washington State +16 (2 Units) -- Correct; +$200
West Virginia at Texas
Line: Texas by 6.5.
Saturday, 7:00 p.m.
I'm going to make this analysis short and sweet: Geno Smith is getting nearly a touchdown.
College Football Pick: West Virginia +6.5 (2 Units) -- Correct; +$200

Scrotie's play of the day:
*3 units* UAB Under 24.5 total points scored -UAB has yet to score an offensive touchdown this year and are ranked next to last in EVERY statistical category. They were blown out by Tulane at home last week and now face an ECU squad at home who is hungry for their first win. ECU opened up with #12 South Carolina then held #11 Virginia Tech to 17 pts, losing by a TD. I believe that UAB gets dominated in this game and would be a miracle if they put up 17 pts this game. I'm rolling with UAB's team total of under 24.5. Good luck everyone!

+42 Portland St. I don't think TCU is the TCU of old this season.
-23 N. Illinois is playing Cal Poly. After getting manhandled by a top title contender it's time to bring out the whipping stick. -45.5 Wi They beat better teams by this much almost so far this season. * These are my gas money plays for next week*

FUN FACT OF THE DAY:
Pitt Panthers have failed to cover the spread all 3 games this season (0-3) and two of those games were at home against crap small schools. i think that game last wk against a poor Iowa team is gonna be deflating and the Irish are riding high after a big home win against a Top 20 school. ND -7 gl fellas

Anyone have a guess why the Nevada-TTech line has moved so much? Believe it opened at -20 and is down to -15 now. Seems odd to me, I liked TTech when it was -20 but now I'm thinking some sharps must've moved that line.
