Joe Paterno has been fired. The Penn State football players have spent the entire week meeting with Paterno, rallying for Paterno and doing other things that don't include preparing for this football game. I don't know how the hell they can possibly beat Nebraska considering the circumstances.

Oklahoma State at Texas Tech

Oklahoma State nearly lost to Kansas State. I wasn't really too impressed, and they could easily lose to a Texas Tech squad that took down Oklahoma.

Well Walt's bowl picks have the caught the disease known as his inability to handicap NFL games. Based on this success (or lack thereof) thus far, it's wise to fade all his bowl picks. That's good cause I already believe Wisconsin will win the Rose Bowl straight up.
